i really was surprised when he sang Yuan Shan Han Shou (Distant Mountain Smiles) in the middle of his Lon Quan...rofl
i heard it in his The One CD prior...but i didn't think he'd do that here too...
-Jo
ooo? what's Yuan Shan Han Shou?
its this really really early Taiwanese show, its like set in the past
the series called Lian Shan Buo Eu Ju Yin Tae i believe (Liang and Ju)
it was really, really popular back then...and the theme song is Yuan Shan Han Shou
i think they also do this show like a Ga Zai Shi (like Taiwanese Opera)

yeah I can't stand the Chinese people who look at that stuff and say its "soooo old" and "high pitched." It's really irritating when people don't even bother to understand this culture's art and history.

you know...those high pitched voices are really, really hard to achieve
they work literally tens of years...since they were young toddlers to achieve that kind of standard of voice acting...
they deserve to be complimented...not rejected...besides...thats the whole point of "Xi"

I love those high pitched voices... it's so pretty... my favorite character in Jing Ju is the Female Warrior.
I love Jing Ju for its acting and Wushu, and I love Huang Mei Diao for its music.
