Why can't I make a new topic in Newbies Sanctuary?

just a suggestion for you, if you dont mind, please join the buddy programme (you can find it on the sticky post on the top of the newbies sanctuary topic)
so you can find a buddy for you to ask anything about the forum

why dont try to post it in another thread? if you still confuse where you will go, you can ask us. we are here to help you. and we are happy doing it.

Ah Yukiko, you're kinda right, but I still feel like a newbie right now even though I'm a registered user, I don't feel like a JCNET member yet :P
