yes? the title speaks for itself (:

for all of you to realease your true feelings about HER.

my feelings are:
Well firstly i find that she does not suit jay at all...

we were all happy with the Double J situation and everyone was so used to it, and then she comes along and now Jay and Jolin seldom meet or anything.
A friendship destroyed... partly also because of the paparazzi

Personally, i feel that she's a bit act-cute and act-friendly, and she likes to show off her english as she studied overseas (: i have nothing against chinese speaking english because i myself am studying in Perth, Australia. But they way she does it..
and she's got that really fake american accent.

Also, i think that Patty has been using Jay.. it is inevitable that she is getting more well-known since she and Jay paired up and now she's even gone into acting which is all good.. but she's starting to sing at some events as well.. and no offence, but it's not very good. Her voice is really high and sharp and it doesnt suit singing.. also her recent performance at the GMA awards was it? i can't remember. but that one where she rapped with MChotdog and jay rapped in the background.
i thought it was appaling..

She's always got the SAME face and the SAME smile and the SAME laugh.
and she really knows how to suckup to people.

i think she gets jealous really easily.. like how she gets jealous over jolin when she found out that jay and jolin were still smsing each other and she changed jay's mobile phone number?? what was with that. and she told luo zhi xiang (jay and jolin's good friend) not to tell jolin jay's new number?

anything that i say here is my own opinion only.. and i'm really sorry if any patty fans are browsing and come across this.

hmm i have nothing against her, i mean i dunno much abt her but i watched her on azio everytime SHE come for promotion and she seems nice to me. its like she doesnt have a mean face, she seems cute and nice with ppl.

but i read in some news that in real life, she is not like that at all so i'm a bit confused...

hope other ppl will post their thoughts like that i might know her more.

personally, i'd so rather have the whole 'Shuang J' fiasco back. i kind of like jolin, her songs are nice and she can dance! and she seems pretty nice and down-to-earth to me.

patty hou... i don't know much about her, but i never liked her from the moment i heard about jay and her caught shopping somewhere... she seems fake and all she does is S.M.I.L.E. and act shy. nothing else. hurr.

and just when i was starting to accept the fact that okay, maybe patty's not that bad cos they seem quite compatible (in terms of personality, and i think jay likes this type of girls), they suddenly announced that they were not together.

yeah so if you ask me, i'd pick jolin over patty. lol. which means i don't have a good impression of patty.

YAY! that is exactly what i think. jolin seems pretty nice. and patty seems like the-girl-next-door who tries to like, gain fame. jolin is super pretty and suits our darling jay :D

i can't help it.. everytime i look at her face.. its so FAKE. the same smile.. the same act-cute/friendly thing.

oh hey. what about that news before (long time ago) where Jay was caught with that reporter in the streets and they had a fight?? (the one where jay pointed rude finger)

i think this was just made up by paparazzis. i dont think this is true.

errr i just dont understand why some ppl think patty is fake but jolin isnt. and patty isnt showing off her english, she's just doing her job as a host. cos not many taiwanese host that can speak good english.

and because many ppl love to tease her about jay and she isnt allowed to say anything about her relationship with jay, she cant do anything but laugh.

jay even said her singing was better than jolin. (jay said that after the wuding duet). but yeah i agree her performance at the GMA was bad. but i was happy cos jay composed the rap for her.

she was already famous before they were together. yeah maybe not as famous as now. but she was.

anyway, 1 more thing...
if she really used jay to boost her fame, she would talk about jay everytime she's being asked by paparazzi. but she never does it. she doesnt want people to focus on their relationship. both jay and patty have already cleared this thing and they dont need to say more. jay said his personal life and his career are 2 different things, and he even said he hopes his fans (US!) dont get affected by his behaviour and personal matters.

Lol, I kind of agree with yingyi... I'm not taking sides on whether or not Patty is fake or real or whatever since none of us will really know unless we KNOW her personally.

But I just feel kind of sorry for her. I mean, before her relationship with Jay was publicly confirmed, I don't think she had that many haters. She had a successful steady career and seemed pretty happy.

But then after people discovered she was going out with Jay, Patty's reputation somehow just when into a complete downfall. I really don't think she did anything wrong but simply attract Jay's heart. Lol, if people are angry and are looking for someone to blame, they should blame Jay for breaking up the JJ thing, not Patty. Since she didn't FORCE him to date her.

Lol, just my two cents. Don't take them too seriously :P

I didn't like her from the first picture I saw of her. But I mean if Jay is going out with her, *sigh* to be honest I don't like Jolin either. It is not because both are going out with Jay, it is mostly because I feel both are really fake. They just can't seem to act honest in front of a camera, that is my biggest problem with the both of them. Patty is trying to be something she is not though. Not all of us are gifted like jay and can rap and sing. And she doesn't need to "prove" herself all the time to us fans about how worthy she is of jay, like when she speaks english and stuff...ugh I just hate it.

If this in any way is true, I would so dislike her...mostly for the hypocrasy.

But the only REAL reason I dislike her is cos she cannot carry a tune to save her life. We were amused when Jolin latched onto Jay's fame to push her singing career. But when it comes to Patty, are we still amused? HELLO NO. Like Reality TV 'Celebrities Skating on Ice', like "Jackass", like "knitting" or "fat Britney". How do any of these count as actual entertainment??? Watching Patty Hou wail at a charity entertainment TV show was possibly the most atrocious act I've ever encountered.
A choir full of deaf kids could have done a better job than she did.

Actually I like Patty Hou. Well, its more like I admire her. Like when you see another girl without a flaw and so lucky, you just admire her and wish you could be her. I read this thread juz want to know more about her. Like people say, nobody is perfect so does Patty. I dont really know much about Patty but from how she displays her image in front of the public, it's clear to me now that she is trying to be as flawless as possible and I must admit that she is a very good actress in trying to cover her flaws. I believe her real life is not as perfect as it might seems but she does a good job in covering it up...and that makes people who have no clue about her flaws continue to like/envy her (like me)

I'm neutral towards Patty Hou: I don't hate her, but I'm not her fan either. But one thing that really annoys me is her laugh. Every time she hosts, it's always her laughing and laughing. I know she gets pretty embarrassed whenever they mention Jay, but shouldn't she be more professional? She's a host for Christ's sake! And all she ever does is stand there and laugh.

Respect that this is an ANTI-Patty thread and that we'll always feel this way towards her.

I have disliked Patty since Day 1, just never thought that she could get so popular. I think it's thanks to pulling strings here and there (influential parents) and of coz' dating Jay (or are they even dating at all?) does help boost things a little.

Hmm personally, I'd prefer Jay with Patty than Jolin... I like Jolin as an artist and she is indeed much better at singing than Patty, but I just don't think she suits as Jay's girlfriend.

As for Patty, I can see why everyone thinks she's phony and fake... but I don't think it's that big of a deal since many girls in the biz are like that... they try to fit in that ideal sugar-sweet, friendly girl image. But she is talented in her own way, and I respect her. She's more intellectual...

Anyway, Jay + Patty to me is much better than Jolin + Jay or Hebe + Jay!
Just my two cents.

I don't actually hate her but something in me had this weird suspicion that the whole caught-in-Tokyo thing was a set up. By her! I mean, considering how Jay seems to be always careful when he's out in public, I really don't see how he "suddenly" got caught with her. It's like being caught with your pants down.

Actually, I'm still skeptical with regards to her "being" with Jay. Like I said earlier, it could have been a ploy to boost her popularity so now that she's got what she wanted (ie. an acting "career", etc), why does she still need to be with him?

Besides, I don't think Jay is lacking in girls :rolleyes:

Isn't it funny how the newspapers have gone from calling Patty 'Jay's girlfriend' to 'Jay's rumoured girlfriend'.

Anyway, I think Patty is mainly using Jay to propel her fame. She's got so many ad contracts, hosting shows, even a TV series, that I'm sure she wouldn't have got if she wasn't Jay's girlfriend.

And yeah, Patty really is a bad name.

I never really liked her, but since she was "with Jay" I just accepted it. News of their "breakup" didn't really come as a surprise either, since I never thought they matched.

Patty really does seem too perfect...it makes you wonder whether or not she's putting on an act. Even though she appears innocent, I wouldn't be surprised if she's a scheming woman who uses men to establish herself....

Jay is better off with Jolin. Double J are a perfect match. It's so unfortunate that because of her, Jay and Jolin's relationship or just plain and simple friendship, no longer exists. :(

Guys ... on hindsight, I now think that Jay and Patty's relationship kinda reflect on modern relationships today. A lot of people do not wanna commit, that's why they present a 'good friend' syndrome. I mean, if fortunate enough, a lot of Asians at Jay's age would probably be in a serious relationship.

What I mean by serious relationship is in preparation for marriage. But truth be told, Jay is a celebrity and falls in such circumstances that his every action is being watched, thus making it tough for him to fall in love like the rest of us do. Maybe Jay and Patty are still at that stage where they feel that they can't commit and are still testing bait.

True, it's been more than a year but given circumstances like the work pressure and wrong timing, it really is hard for them to say a 'Yes' to be together. I think they both won't deny having good feelings towards each other yet it just isn't there yet. Not everyone gets into a relationship immediately after they know each other.

Some people take a lifetime and perhaps Jay and Patty are both such people. In fact, if after a year and the both of them still have attraction towards each other, it's admirable.

Well, these thoughts above are not in relation to Anti-Patty, just that I cannot find any topic thread suitable to post these thoughts.

However, above being said still doesn't change my mind about Patty. I cannot understand what's the hype about her. I just think she's over-rated.

Ok, now that I've got that out, I really didn't hate her that much when she first became a celeb (unlike Jolin whom I thought was a cow all along). Also, did you guys watch the Golden Melody Award this year where they had a recap of the Leehom's booboo the year before? Patty looks like a silly little girl, a spoiled brat and a beauty queen wannabe.

I used to be attracted to her back in the day but now I don't find her pretty anymore. She looks matured and unattractive in most of her pictures and more often than not, she's a total turn-off on TV, especially on awards shows. I remember the last time I saw her on television was for the red carpet special of some award show. There she was wearing a crappy red dress that I think would never make it to the pages of a fashion magazine. Sure she tries to look tempting by revealing her back that never saw sunshine before. She was posing for pictures like she's trying to outdo the winners of America's Next Top Model. The TV doesn't love her very much so I decided I should see her photos on that occasion on the internet. And I was even more disappointed when I saw her pictures online. She looked like a cheap, low-class second-hand mannequin brought to life by some tasteless fairy godmother. And oh, whenever I hear or read her name, I have to urge to buy hamburgers. :drool:

For some reason, I didn't like it when her name was attached next to Jay's. I just don't like her to be Jay's first and last wife. She can be the first, but she can't be the last. She must not be the one and only. And for some reason, the term 'housewife' doesn't apply to her. She looks like a clumsy princess that couldn't live without an entourage of PAs, stylists, make-up artists, toilet bowl flushers and food tasters. If I was Jay's father, I would tell her to find younger and more aggresive guys instead 'cause she looks like a playgirl. She may look loyal and innocent but something tells me that she is concubine material. I can clearly visualize her singing Rihanna's Unfaithful, dedicated to Jay.

i really, really do believe that patty used jay to shine her name.. she turned from anchor woman to tv actress (Mei Wei Guan Xi with Zai Zai). has anyone seen it, btw? i hear theres some debate on the site discussion forum that her acting was terrible and some gave her props for a "touching" moment while drinking soup or something.. If you've actually seen clips where reporters ask her about jay, at least she is nice and obliging and says nice(though vague) things and at least tries to look like she means it, unlike jay's self proclaimed EX - miss jolin tsai, who gives this damn stuck up face and mumbles some things that are so obvious are LIES.

You say she used jay to get popularity - be more open minded, will you? Jay is so popular, and if your name is not andy lau or not any one of the 'heavenly kings' you're going to pale in comparion to jay in the popularity stakes. There is such a thing in the world as 'love', you know? Is it so hard to believe that jay actually loved her once?

I'm soooo late on this topic.

Um, it's not Patty's fakeness that makes me want to slap her out of the cutesy world but it's the whattheheck is wrong with these male celebrities that are oh so in love with her?:rolleyes: Seriously, Patty is average in terms of beauty, nothing unique, nothing stands out. Actually, she's even a bit strange looking; I mean, observe her face. Her features are so weirdly unproportioned. She has empty big eyes, a huge mouth, a big head for such a thin body; it's sick.:glug: Okay, Patty came from a good family and was educated overseas, so what? Taiwan praises her as being one of the most beautiful ladies in Taiwan...no offense, has Taiwan gone blind? Gosh, sometimes I feel like I'm on crazy pills or something, I mean, Patty isn't all that great. Then the whole hype about her just makes her even more repulsive. Yes, she did use Jay to climb up the popularity ladder. I didn't even know who she was until this dating ordeal. Then she proudly became an official actress like she won the opportunity from her own merits:crazy:, which the drama stunk like a flying poop torpedo.

Anyway, no..no..not jealous, just in awe at how many people actually thinks she's pretty.:wacko: Or even perfect. She's far from being perfect. Just because she smiles, stands there like a dummy, was supposedly educated from overseas, came from a good family, and has fakingly good manners, doesn't mean that she's perfect. Gosh, people make it seem as if Jay is a fool for breaking up with her like she's too good and that Wo Bu Pei song, ugh. Whattheheck! If Jay even slightly believes that she's too good for him then um, he's really blind.

hmm.. from what I read here, these are the main reasons these ppl here hate her:
1. Overrated; A lot of people make it sound she's as pretty as a goddess, but these people here think she's not that great
2. Fake; They think she's not natural, acting cute, innocent, friendly, gentle with those smiles that she "makes"
3. Used Jay to become famous;
4. She can't sing well yet she still sings in events, shows, etc;
5. She's not compatible with jay
well, I personally don't hate her. These are what I get from reading some of the posts here. Hope this helps ^^

I can see how some people might think she is pretty, but not "one of the most beautiful ladies in Taiwan," as stated by time22shine. I mean, she is average. She just uses make-up to be a little above average. Actually, if I wore as much makeup as she did and had a bigger mouth and eyes I would probably look like her. And for the person who said that Jay Chou thought Patty sings better than Jolin, he probably just said that because the two were together. I mean, Jolin is an okay singer, but Patty does not surpass her at all. O_O In fact, she probably de-surpasses her. (And yes, I realize that is not a word.)

I think she used Jay like Jolin used Jay to make it in the industry..like i mean Jolin got Jay to write and compose all those songs for her(it would crush me if Jolin played Jay and not the other way around)

I think if Patty Hou is one of the most beautiful ladies in Taiwan and lin chi ling is also one of the most beautiful ladies AND NUMBER 1 MODEL in taiwan than taiwan lacks beautiful women!

Face it, Patty and Jolin both can't sing; their mediocre at the most they can't do anything well except sell themselves out..like i mean from news anchor to singer/actress..wtf is that about

I don't like her not because she went out with Jay it's because she used Jay to get into the entertainment industry and to those who said most people would do the same...that's not the point..it's because she actually did that

And to all those slating Hou thinking she was the "third wheel" between Double J, you know nothing only mostly media fabrications so stop talking like you know Jolin, Jay and Patty as personal friends.
