Question about recording your screen activities

i want to record video of what i am doing in my com..i know that there is a software called fraps but trial version only allow you to record 30 seconds..so i just wanted to know whether there are other softwares that can do the recording?

And i also want to know if there any software that can record the radio FM songs when you listen to radio online? i heard that the first release of jay's song will be on Hit FM 23rd August ...i cant use my mp3 to tune in to Hit FM and the only way is via http://www.hitoradio.com..so how can i record using my com?

There's a program callled OpD2d that might do what your asking.

It records all sounds and music that is being played in your computer (including mic) at the time you hit record.
