just use the view source video and then once you get the url you can paste on your browser.

then after you download the video you can manually upload to a video host?

Easy

Step 1:right-click on the link

Step 2:Select on Properties

Step 3:Look at the Address column and there you go with your URL

Hmm, I normally send an email of the link to myself. That way, when I view the email, I can right-click & click save target as blahblahblah.

I try to copy the url like for instead the latest links of video is the NQMM talking abt Jay at Tao Se Dan Bai Zi,i double right click the links(megaupload),and paste to the video downloader,and the the error occurs,it said that invalid url.

So how??Please explain to me in clearly way and in detail,please.I'm new to the
downloading and uploading video.

I guess the megaupload doesn't allow us to use the dowload accelerators or the other download program.

The only you can do to the megaupload link it waiting for the pop up download window, you just click save (save as).

No wonder. Sorry, I thought you already had the video. Yeah megaupload doesn't allow such right clicks & save target as. You've to wait for your download to start. Maybe you can request for a new link of the video if you're having problems with megaupload :D

Erm.....no,not only i have problems with megaupload but others links too,like the yousendit,ysi,and all those(i only know these links names,coz i saw you guys only posted these links,so i know tha names of the links).So that is the reason why i alwaus want someone to help me in uploading those clips(which there are so manhy clips to watch,but still no one helps to upload to youtube.)to youtube,this is my only way to watch.

So anyway,moderator pamujung,what do you mean by wait for the pop out window and click at save as??I'm sorry that i dont undestand.

Okay Registered Users jocsim I need you to tell us step by step what did you do when you found the link you want to download and what happen when you click at the link and what is that you can't download it. Let explain to us what is happening, we will be able to tell you how to solve your problem.

and what I mean by that is as what I posted, I don't see any difficult words there.

Well,okay,Mentor moderator pamujung,since your mentor then i should speak out my problem.Okay so why i mean was i dont know why my pc couldnt dl the video/clips from the links.So like for instead the lastest clip was NQMM speaking abt Jay in Tao Se Dan Bai Zi,right,so i was the same as you guys,click the link of megaupload and then wait for while coz they said so,so i waited and click the button download and wait again.So i waited for the cips to dl and finally once it finished,i couldnt watch them....coz they say something like couldnt support the codec or what so ever.(Well i couldnt watch video in window media player but only could listen to song from window media player.Dont know what's wrong with that.)

But before that,after finishing dl-ing,there will be a window pop out,like saying choose something something ti play the window,but couldnt.So this is why when i always saw a clip that was posted by someone that i want to watch it,but i couldnt and will ask someone to help me in uploading again the clips to youtube,BUT no one is willing to,i dont know why,when i check back again.........there's no youtube links,so i know that no one is uploading the clips,so when no one is helping to upload the clips that i wanted to watch,i got so many clips missed watching.

And then when no one is willing to help in uploading the clips to youtube,i think that i will have to dl and upload the clips,and then the problem is i dont know how to dl and upload the clips and where to get the url.So this why i'm here to ask ask to get the url.But then still when i got the url,i couldnt dl/upload the clips.

So the easiest way for me is to watch the clips online,youtube.Please help me of how to dl and upload the clips to youtube,and get the url too.

Ps:i know its a bit too long,hehe,but this is my problem that Mentor moderator pamujung wanted to know.So okay this is it,pls explain to me in simplest way,coz i'm new to dl/uploading.

If you want to download from youtube, there's a guide on how to here (http://jay-chou.net/forums/showthread.php?t=17593). If you want to upload to youtube, there's a guide here (http://youtube.com/t/help_makevideo). However, you need to sign up for an account before you can upload a video there. The youtube URL, is the link you see on your browser when you are watching the video.

And if you could at least hear the audio from windows media player, it means you have already downloaded the file! You already have the video saved in your computer. It's the codec problem. Asking someone to reupload the file to another server wont help. There's a guide on media filetypes here (http://jay-chou.net/forums/showthread.php?t=6456). You will probably need another player.

look at the format of your video..if it is RM..u should go download realplayer to watch..orelse try to update your window media player and download the necessary codec...

try using this DivX player (http://www.divx.com/)

You are talking about this thread >> http://jay-chou.net/forums/showthread.php?t=20543 The link is not even a megaupload link, it's SENDSPACE and the file type is .rm you CANNOT play it with Windows Media Player, you have to play it with REAL MEDIA.

(Well i couldnt watch video in window media player but only could listen to song from window media player.Dont know what's wrong with that.)
OMG your problem, it doesn't mean you can't download, does it ?! :sweat: your problem is that you can't watch the video that you ALREADY downloaded, right ?! And look at the file type before you played the video, not every clips can be watched by Windows Media Player

when i always saw a clip that was posted by someone that i want to watch it,but i couldnt and will ask someone to help me in uploading again the clips to youtube,BUT no one is willing to,i dont know why,when i check back again.........there's no youtube links,so i know that no one is uploading the clips,so when no one is helping to upload the clips that i wanted to watch,i got so many clips missed watching.Right, because no one care if you gonna miss many clips. And I believe you can find those clips in youtube anyway.

Well zjie,i think i cant use/dl the video that you gave,Divs Player right??Ok,so you mean this player,real player,that you gave,can play every video,like all the video HERE right??Are you sure it's free,coz what they say was i need to order the player,if not i will be charged US$12+ every month thereafter??It's too dangerous to dl that player.

jocsim, the real player is free. I've used for so many years and I didn't have to pay a single cent for it. Don't worry, just download and use it.

Files with extentions like .rm, .rmvb can only be played with the real player. They can't be played with Windows Media Player. Also, for other media files (with extentions like .wmv, .avi, .mpeg, .mpg), I would introduce you to use VLC player as it supports most of the media file codecs.

ya..realplayer is absolutely free..unless you want to use the full service such as burning CDs or Ripping..then you will have to pay and get the full version...orelse if you just want to watch video clip..listen song..radio FM with realplayer..i guarantee you wont have to pay ..
