Her last name is the same as Jolin in Mandarin. It's pronounced as Cai. But Chua is how you would pronounce the character in another dialect of Chinese (I'm not sure which one though, perhaps Hokkien? ) It's just like how Chan is Cantonese and Chen is Mandarin but they have the same character.
