- If you are listed as a mod but don't have an assignment, it means I don't know where to put you. We can't have 10 ppl modding the Downloads forums, I can't believe no one wanted the Jay forums >.<

- Forums that list Mod1, Mod2, Mod3 means that THAT number of additional mods is needed (up to 3 mods per forum only, some have less). So if you weren't assigned, or were assigned to only 1 forum, consider signing up for those forums.

- The SMod with jurisdiction is listed in the blue bar

- If you are unhappy with the assignments speak now or forever hold your peace

I've set August 15 as D-Day, (it's also deadline for roll call group members!).
But I definately have to gradually implement all the forums. After just modifying a few today to test the waters, I realize doing it all at once is gonna kill me.

So it will be gradually phased in. In terms of downtime, nothing like a week or anything. But there will be some downtime as the vBulletin software needs to be upgraded anyways. But it shouldn't take too long.

Okie... After thinking for a while... I am not too sure if I am suitable for the Member Showcase in the Arts section. Basically, I am not too good with Photoshop myself and I am not too sure how I can help others by trying to answer questions that I probably have myself.

Can I offer myself for the Japanese celebrities instead? I can continue to help look around in the Arts section but to... really do graphics requests.. I really don't think i am up to it.. so sorry..

I've updated the list, and I'm still apprenhensive about the way it is set up.

petricia- I ended up with you only modding one celeb forum, I didn't see it worth it so I gave it to cuso4 so now all the celeb forums are balanced with the same 4 mods assigned to them. I can stick you as the 2nd or 3rd mod to all the forums that requires it right now. You'll end up modding 5+ forums, but you have other ppl modding with you. Basically act as the "floating" or alternate mod or the other option is:

I don't like the fact pamujung is assigned to Jay Gallery, Int'l forums, Jay Downloads, and the korean celeb forums tho. So petricia are you willing to take the Korean & Japanese celeb forums, PLUS one other forum.

jay_is_cute , seaweedpatchkid , junnleenfaah: will one of you take the Jay Gallery in place of pam?

edit: pamujung replaced by milkified for Jay Gallery, but I still need 1 more person on it

If you're gonna sign up for one of the empty slots, please sign up for more than one (if you are not assigned to another forum(s)). I don't like having a mod that will only mod 1 forum. Especially if the forum is not known to be active.

Shay and Reene : Reene you said your activity will fluctuate too much, so I'm not sure if I can place you as mod of that forum UNLESS I up the Mod count to 3. Which I can do, but you have to be sure you can mod it. Shay if none of the already accepted mods step up to take it, I'll add you in.

Also mods that HAVE been assigned, at least reply here if you haven't done so already so I know you acknowledge your assignment. Otherwise I will take you off.

The reserved spot is for aznjayhunter as she had wanted to mod the newbies forum, and I'm gonna give her the additional social forums so she has more than one. She's not in a group yet, but if she still wants to mod after she's accepted, then those are reserved for her.

And if anyone's curious why I'm showing favortism towards some non-group members as opposed to senior members who have applied to be mods - I'm looking more towards those that exhibit activity, enthusiasm, and ideas. Whether they will make good mods or not, is left to be seen. Pulling them out of the spot is as easy as putting them in, so I don't see the problem with taking the risk.

OK I went ahead and changed your usergroups to Moderator so you can access the Mod Lounge at the bottom. It's better this way so you can ask questions and be prepared when everything is set into motion and live.

Also twilighthush, I found no use in beating then dragging the dead horse around, so you are now a social member and moderator status like everyone else here.

*whew* Thanks, I'll leave the serious business (threads) to debate queen Judy. As for the banner, the enthusiasm and idea is there, but unfortunately the artskills ain't... I had to do it in MS Paint. If someone is willing to offer to fix it up and add a touch of professionalism to it, they are more than welcome. I would love to see this up in the newbies forum! Hmm...Put me down for the Mental Sparring Ring. I usually don't get too worked up over the arguments that occur in all those political or cultural threads and such and I find them interesting reads too, although I never find the urge to contribute XD And also the Anti-X Forum, since it's looking a bit lonely there :P And if no one wants it, the Jay Gallery.Since I spend so much time in there hunting for new Jay pictures, might as well put in a helping hand there too, unless someone else wants it.
