Takuya will also be starring in Wong kar Wai's 2046, along with Tony Leung. He must be really good, since Wong Kar Wai only spots good actors.

Anyway, I watched NHK last Saturday on our cable and saw Kat-tun performed, Toma too and those kids, I'm guessing they are YaYa.

I'm not a big fan of their music but I was entertained with their dancing, the choreography is different from Western stuff.

Does Takky/Tsubasa still perform on this show?

jay_gf Gokusen's english subtitles are hard-subbed...if the subbing is done by "SARS-fansubs" the subtitles are usually/always hard-subs.
ye...Kame and Jin are only in Gokusen2 but one of Johnny's entertainment guys is in the first Gokusen...Jun from the group Arashi, he is like one of the MAIN character...I love him in Gokusen1.
I recommend you to see Gokusen1 first. trust me.
Gokusen2 that I'm downloading has soft sub...so far he/she subbed and uploaded up to episode 5...I'm like dying to see episode 6,7,8 etc. ahhh >.<
SARS-fansubs I think is still working on making hard subs for Gokusen2...

hey..I've never really heard of kat-tun until today... Do you guys know if they recently had a concert in LA? I think I saw them in Little Tokyo in this white van. They were parked in the exit of this hotel Miyako or something and these japanese girls were like taking pictures of them. My friends and I asked them who they were and they were like, they're kat-tun .. and there's six of them in a group... I saw like 3 of them i think, one of them was sitting in the passenger seat with sunglasses on. They were pretty cute :-) .

hm..gokusen is about these students...who were wrecking havoc in and outside school!!! but there came a teacher who inspired them and believed in them and managed to touch their hearts...in the end all the students in that clz manage to graduate together!!! and the teacher is from a gangsterism family!!! nice show.. u ought to watch it!!! kame and jin looked so cute in it! :brows: maybe my explaination is a little unclear...sorry...not so good in explaining :cry:

remigal I took japanese at college and at uni for many years, but before you say "your jap must be pretty good" let me first say it is not lol Its extremely far from fluent, however I am planning to go to Japan to work next year to live/work, lets hope I accidently on purpose run into Kame or Jin (fall onto them and let them catch me - lol dream on!)

I've watched up to eppy 3 of Gokusen 1, its getting better, the main guy, Sawada, he is adorable when he smiles since he doesn't smile alot - but besides that, none of the guys do anything for me lol I can't get enough of Gokusen 2 they are soooo adorable!! I like it how Take changes his hairstyle every eppy, just want to pinch him! And the look on Jin and Kame's face when they find out about Yankumi's background - priceless!

sakura Yea Gokusen is pretty much what ruby said in a nutshell - the students of one class of the whole school are really bad-asses, and a teacher comes along and makes them all good - and the teacher is really good at fighting coz her background is yakuza, and you see her beat up students a lot lol Is that actually allowed in Japan?? Can't you go to jail for something like that?! But yes, you have to watch it! (Jin n Kame are in Gokusen season 2)

Uploading files can take a loooong time, depending on how big the file is and what connection internet you have. The perfs I have put up previously umm probably take about 1 hour for 50megs? I think, well thats approximately anyway or it could be 1/2 hr I can't remember, and I have broadband. If you want to upload something big you could just leave it overnight - it can be a real pain!

ruby The Pretty boys site is pretty straight forward for downloading. They use Rapidshare. All you have to do is click on the link, when the window shows up, scroll to the bottom it will give you the options to click "free" or "premium" (something like that), click free. It leads you to another window, scroll to the bottom, and it should come up with a countdown of about 30 or 40 seconds where you wait, and then the link to download the file will appear. If you are downloading a perf, it is likely you will only be able to download 1 file per hour, if it is a song, maybe 3 or 4 per hour. Sometimes when too many people are downloading at a time, the server becomes busy, so you may need to try again later. Phew! I hope that helps!

About Gokusen - its not the best drama around I have to admit, but it is definitely a drama to add to the list to watch! Well besides Jin and Kame - there are other guys to look at lol, boys in high school uniforms, what more do I need to say? Its pretty much about a teacher who has a yakuza (tries hard to hide it) background is assigned to be the homeroom teacher of the worst class in the school - 3D. She protects them, and gain their trust, and her aim is to make them all graduate. But of course along the way all these obstacles get in the way of graduating and theres a lot of ass-kicking of other high school students by this teacher.
I think there was another explanation by umm I think bboppy(??!!), some pages back, but yea thats pretty much the whole idea of the drama. ano... did you try re-starting you computer and playing the clip again?
I had the same problem too but it was for another drama and the reason it happened is because my computer was lagging...there was a lot of things loading and uploading etc.
soo maybe your computer is just lagging(your computer is maybe doing other things) OR you just need to restart your computer OR try playing the clip with DivX player...I dunno..

as for episode10...ye...the clip is not the best quality and towards the end the subtitles are not timed properly...but I couldn't wait anymore soo I just watched it hehe.
I give Gokusen2 *2 Thumbs up* even thou it was like I watched the first one over again hehe. there are more lessons you can learn from Gokusen2 that you didn't learn from Gokusen1.

^ Yesss it is probably my favie drama out of those im following now. I wasnt a fan of Johnny's Jr, didnt have much of a clue who they are, but those in Nobuta wo Produce are very cute indeed lol, esp YamaPi of cos. I thought it was just another teen comedy at first, but I like how it is turning out. Felt that it deals alot with issues of growing up- popularity, insecurity, friendship etc.

jay_gf: I finished "Nobuta wo produce" and it's the best Yamapi drama I've seen. Kame was really good too.
but...I really love Yamapi's character- Kusano Akira. the most random-es guy ever *kon* hehe.
and the drama as a whole was touching. the ending was pretty good.
ye... it was sad that Uchi disappeared after episode2 of Ganbatte Ikimasshoi... but Junno did a good job as Uchi's character.
my friend told me that she didn't like the ending for it... soo tell us if what she says is true, once you finish the drama, ok? hehe.

I thought gokusen 2 was ok, not that good. The story was always the same, the teacher would help every student that's in trouble.
I like Dragon Sakura better, especially because Yamapi and Teppei were there, they look so kakkoii!!
jay_gf, i recommend you to watch yamapi's older dramas, like stand up, There's Anne suzuki (from dragon sakura), Nino (arashi) and Hiroki Narimiya in it too.

Oh yah, I MUST share these videos with all Kame, Jin, Hideaki and Yamapi fans..

It is actually a 3-episode fan made drama. She cut out scenes from various Japanese dramas (e.g nobuta wo produce, gokusen 2, xmas nante, etc etc) to make her own drama.

Basically there are love triangles among them..haha..so it's actually a love story about gays..

Haha..yamapi and kame are so cute in the show right? =) Btw, there are lots of male artistes under Johnny's. They usually join the organisation when they were really young..from about 14 years old. Then they would usually backdance for their seniors until they have the chance to form their own groups..

Yamapi's group is called News..and Kame's group is called Kat-tun..=)

I fell for Jin after Gokusen2 and Anego.. Watched abit of the xmas drama w Kyoko Fukada as well but didn't pull through that one lol. LOVEEE Jin on Anego though!!

fujiwaratofushop..OMG..those pictures are just.. woo hoo! *drooling*..haha..Actually to be honest, I only watched the Anego Special episode which contains the summary of the whole show. Maybe I should watch the show series next time. Ur pictures have tempted me. haha

ah..jpop suki only provides torrent files right? I am trying to avoid downloading from torrents if possible..=) Anyway, luvjin's blog has cut out all the parts with KT.. so hooray for me!

Matsu Jun.. i didnt like him at 1st... but i started to watch all these lil clips on youtube and i developed this major crush on him.. esp after the clip of him picking up trash (didnt understand a word of it tho T.T) and watching him speak chinese and english and just all this stuff. oh! and on that tackey and tsubasa perf. w/ kat-tun. haha, so jun's been added to my growing collection of favorite johnny's.

Havent pre-ordered the CD yet. on my way to do it now^^ gawd im gonna be broke.. so much to buy
