It's basically a shop that sell all idol's stuff which includes preordering of albums. I usually go there to preorder Jay's album. You can even get his first album there! Their albums/books tend to be a little expensive compared to music stores because it is shipped from taiwan and the albums are taiwan version so there might be extra stuffs in it. You can add some money in to get jay's limited stocks like his calender and notebook. An extra $10 will be charged if you want the album to be autographed by Jay himself.

Can't believe Metersbonwe came to ulu Eastpoint!! Seems like it's sharing the space with Winter Time or maybe Winter Time bought its pieces.

I think you should ask at Kinokuniya, i saw the novel before at the Bugis branch, so maybe you should give the nearest branch a call and find out.
