I would rather know love. Because all the things i would want would have no real pleasure if i had them all and if i couldn't feel love, that would include love of matterialistic things. And it would be worthless. And love is something that i couldn't live without.

i'd rather be a female version of jay. i can use that kind of talent to touch people with my music. maybe even get to collaborate with jay on something. and of course, i can serve God with music. but if i'm his girlfriend, as karen pointed out, it might not be forever. the friendship might be awkward if we end up breaking it off. plus, i'll be constantly chased after by paparazzi and such, w/o much privacy. and people will only know me as "jay's girlfriend", not who i really am. (look at melody now, usually known as "david's ex-girlfriend". *sigh*) so yeah... that's why i'd pick the former.

DEATH....hehahah even pplz sentenced to life imprisonment normally get let out 30 or so years after...depending on the severity of their crime and the psychological state they're in....

but i read a book last year for english studies called 'The Reader' by Bernard Schlink....and it was a book filled with metaphors...however there was a woman in it called Hanna who was called to trial in relation to Nazi war crimes and she was sentced to life....she was about to be let out 30 or so years after but she committed suicide......mainly bcoz she felt remorse for the atrocities she was ordered to implement, but also bcoz she was scared....

scared that when she would be let out she would have nothing and know nothing....30 years away from the outside world is a l-o-n-g time and the prison walls are all she ever knew...

plus there was a movie called 'The Shawshank Redemption' and there was an old man that was let out after about 40/50 years and he committed suicide after he was let out bcoz he couldn't adjust to life outside prison.....

ppl that are sentenced to life get so used to the walls and the bars that it bcomes normality for them........now thats something i'd want to avoid.

I would marry someone i dont love, assuming that he loved me. Maybe he will eventually win me over? Growing old alone is something that i am afraid of...at least i will have our kids, as ive always wanted children. If he was violent and totally cold to me, i dunno what i would do... :glug:

I cant choose between the two, even if it was for something little like being taken home in my dads car or my mums car. I would end up having to be told to get into one or the other. Mind you once my dad passed the Jay CD in his car to my mum, knowing it would help me decide hehe....
