I think I would rather marry someone I don't love, but of course he has to love me. But I have to at least like him or it would be a torture living with someone I feel disgusted to be with. I agree with jessca, growing old alone is difficult. And you can't expect all your friends to always be by your side because once they're all married, you're going to lose them all. Besides, love can grow with time. Who knows that after 2 years or so, I'll ended up loving my husband.

This is the toughest one I have to choose. Actually, I love them both equally. I can't really make the decision. So I guess I'll save anyone of them whom I am able to save. If I can save both of them, then it's good. But if I can save my mom and can't my save my dad, then be it. And vice versa. I just try my best to save them both.

I would save my dad, without him I wouldn't even have a life, not considering the fact that my mum gave me the chance to live in the first place. I chose my dad because I've always felt that he's loved me more than my mum ever did.

actually, 35 degrees isn't too bad....i'd rather live in a hot country. i know i won't get to be in an air-con room 24/7 but at least i can do outdoor activities like swimming, going to the beach, BBQ, bush-walking....living in cold country would mean wearing heaps of clothing, and there isn't much to do...besides indoor activities.

well, it depends on how deep my love for him is, or was, for that matter. I feel that love should not be a burden, but we can't give up just like that, relationships are feelings placed into and invested into someone you truly love. Relationships can't be significant if the ones involved won't endure. Your significant other should not be a burden, but love isn't perfect, and we aren't perfect. If i truly love him, i will try to endure, and i suppose i should find out what's going wrong, why is he burdening me. But if it doesn't work, i will end it for the better. It will become a worthless and pointless relationship if i'm staying only for the sake of enduring, i say get over with the pain and move on.

If i were to answer this a few years back, i'd say not do it, but from the regrets i had to deal with, i'd say do something thaty ou might regret later. If you do it, there's a chance you'll fail, but if you don't do it at all, you'll never know if you can do it or not. I let the best opportunities and closest friends slip away from me because i mainly didn't do what i should have and could have.

Although now I am still the "rather not do something and regret not having the guts to try it" type I really hope that I would try doing something even though it is regretting later. I feel that lots of my time is wasted because I give myself too many boundaries.. 'not to do this, not to do that' because I might regret later on. I'm not saying doing something like robbing the bank, smoking dope, stealing a Mars bar from the shop; I mean something like learning something skillful, doing some community service, etc. i just feel that a lot of my time is wasted because I always think "I might not like it". hmm...i think i'm a mixture of both. i like living a life of simplicity, where there aren't too many complications and troubles, where things go smoothly and as planned, where there's stability and predictability. but on the other hand, i'd like to achieve things as well and at the end of the day, i'd like to say i've done something useful with my life. so every now and then i'd like some challenges...but not too many coz i get stressed easily.

I say i want something in between too. I'm so tired of having to go through obstacles, perhaps a life of total bliss and nothing more seems meaningless now, but when you're in total bliss, you won't even notice the absence of meaning and emptiness. When life's a bliss, i can follow through my years with a smile, it doesn't matter how wise someone is when they lack happiness.

However, i feel that it can be a shame to not go through the challenges and rise in triumph at the end...not that anybody can guarantee the satisfying ending result, but when you struggle through life, you learn to appreciate, and if your life has been in total bliss, you're most likely oblivious to the happiness anyways, because you've never struggled. So i say, it's essential to grow through challenges and struggles in life, but it'd be so much easier to live in total and absolute bliss.

I think i'd prefer a really cool room mate but lack the brains. It's nice to have someone who can help with my homework, but it makes me wonder why he/she would even help me to begin with, if i hated her...and as normal people, when you know someone hates you, you don't have too pleasant of thoughts about them either. If i have to live with someone, i'd rather have someone fun to be with, but i hope he/she won't interfere with my studies. And besides, studying is my own duty, my job, not my room mates, i should learn to rely on myself, and try to figure things out myself before jumping next door to get my room mate to help instead.

Trying to be realistic in my answer, i'm not entirely sure i'd prefer to be really ugly. The truth is that nobody likes to have a bad appearance, it brings our self esteem down and it's not fun when you can't walk out to the world with your head hung low. I'm not pretty, no use in denying it, but i'm not sure i'd want to be the realy ugly kind of ugliness.

If you have a horrible inside but look good on the outside, there's still a chance for you to change the inside and be good, but you can't relaly change you outer appearance. NOt that i'm saying i'd rather be an idiot coated with beauty...i'd still pick the heart of gold, just that i'm saying i really prefer neither of the given choices, i'd rather be an average looking person with a good heart.

Well I think I'll choose Jay. Why? Because I've never gotten bored of Jay's music. I can look at Jay forever and yep I can pass my life like that. I mean no other artist can ever make me so happy ohter than Jay...not even David Tao or Zai Zai.

I mean I get sick of other artists' music very quickly, but that never happens wiht Jay. I can still look at him in his Mvs right? I won't look at him 24/7 or listen to him 24/7 I'll take it slowly....so it won't get me bored. I can learn mandarin too sicne I don't know...so yeah there's actually lots of things I can learn listening to Jay's songs and watching his MVs.

I think I would rather kill someone. I still have a lot of life to live, and it'd be kinda sad if I died now..... If given the situation, where you're being attacked and in a life/death situation, and the only way to survive is by self-defense and killing the attacker, well, I think I would go for the self-defense option. I would forever hate murdering someone but in that kind of situation, it's hard to choose...

But then again, it's one of those situations where you won't know what to do unless you're really in it. I can say all this now, but unless I'm caught in the moment, my opinions and actions may change.

I'll be first to admit that I'm not an ambitious person. Give me a job that I like, a comfortable working environment (ie good boss and colleagues and nice working environment) and a pay that will feed me and let me travel, buy clothes and I'm your loyal employee for life.

That said, colleagues are really really vital in your working life. If you can't get along with them, it's going to be difficult to get things done. So what if there's a promising post? the thing with both scenarios is after the initial pain, you dont feel a thing. This is because your pain receptive nerves are overloaded (signals cannot travel between the synapses because rest period has been overloaded), and you die anyway. I guess being frozen in a huge block of ice would be easier, because the cold makes you really sleepy so being frozen would be like falling asleep forever.
