KangTa and Vanness' song "Scandal" Chinese version ranked number 1 in the Chinese music chart of a Taiwan radio program called "Hit FM". "ScandaL" was released last June 16 in Taiwan. KangTa is also the first South Korean to hold a number 1 rank in a Chinese music chart. Moreover, "Scandal" Korean version is in number 4 in the Asian music chart. These just show that the Korean and Chinese versions are simultaneously showing popularity. KangTa and Vanness will start their Japanese promotions in July.

These two guys had my attention once I heard Scandal. :excited:

At first I thought it was weird to group Vanness and Kangta together but it turned out pretty well. Their pictures, dance moves are so hot!

Haha nope I'm not that good to draw that, I saw that fanart from Soompi. It's really cute and looks rather real.

I've actually seen quite a few variety programmes that both of them went during their promotional period in Taiwan. I think the worst was Kang Xi Lai Le, as one of the hosts, Xiao S, who knew Vanness during the Meteor Garden days was basically interviewing him and I feel that Kangta was neglected :oops:

Actually I didn't really like Vanness, no offence though. I didn't like any of the F4 guys before this album.

There are rumours that Vanness and Kangta will work separately. Originally, Vanness speaks on another's behald pepsi cola, volunteers beijing, Coca Cola however supports the artist presence in the event, but however, just recently, Vanness withdrew and cancelled his performance in the said event. The mainland website has the news to spread.

Vanness suddenly resists his participation on July 13 for the celebration of the Beijing 4th anniversay, causing the sponsor units to be discontented.

Vanness and his management exclaimed that he has an Osaka activity same day that's y he cannot attend the beijing event.

The management for KANGTA&VANNESS explains later on that Kangta will be in the event, only him minus vanness.

Vanness arranged his performance in Japan, moreover Kangta & Vanness are also arriving on July 13 for their promotion of Scandal album in Japan, same day also needs to attend the Osaka F4 clothing, he therefore has no other choice but to resist the mainland activity performance.

With other artist Rainie Yang, her manager also stressed out that her participation is highly expected but then she is making a movie so she cannot right now coordinate with the right time schedule.

Originally, Kangta & Vanness was supposed to perform together as a group at a concert to promote 2008 Olympics in Beijing on 13 July. However, management company has informed the organisers that only Kangta will attend the concert because Vanness has other work scheduled in Japan.

Regarding Vanness sudden pull out from the concert, the organisrs expressed that it's a pity, but it won't affect the preparations & the concert.

Korean man are supposed to serve the military before the age of 30...and Kangta is only 26 now. So he has 4 more years left =D

I dunno why you guys don't like Vanness!? (although I did hate his hair in meteor gardens :oops: ) He definitely sings better than Jerry or Vic and undoubtedly the best dancer out of the four. Now I'm starting to like him over Vic :love:

Stary - When I first watch Zong Yi Da Ge Da I thought Kangta's mandarin is really accurate. I guess chinese and korean pronounciation aren't that much of a difference :D

Vanness style is still about the same, but I think this collaboration with Kangta has changed the way he sings songs.

To answer Wendy's question, from the clips I have seen, Kangta seems to show more flexibility in Chinese. This makes me wonder if Kangta is indeed better at Chinese, or if he can just express himself well

Just curious, but does Kangta really wear specs? Like he is short sighted? Or is it just part of his image? Cause I rmb seeing him at the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards. Yup, Kangta was shortsighted.

He underwent lasik surgery during 2000/2001 so he should have quite a perfect eyesight now. But according to a friend, she said that his degree might have went up as he was constantly working hard on his compositions therefore his specs now might have degree.

Well, I think it depends on the location. As you can see, it's Vanness's world in Japan. I think in Taiwan, it's more to Vanness too. But when it comes to Korea and China, I think Kangta fans are more. (Actually I'm not very sure for China, but I've just seen pics that when he arrived in China yesterday, there were hordes of fans waiting for him at the airport!!)

And there were quite a few verbal wars going on at forums of them collaborating actually. Apparently quite a few Kangta's fans don't like Vanness.

Vanness & Kangta will promote their Scandal album in Malaysia in early September. They will hold 2 autograph sessions, said to be in Kuala Lumpur & Penang.

Kangta & Vanness - Scandal hits Japan

Following Korea & Japan, Vanness & Kangta continues to conquer Japan.

Their Scandal album was released in Japan on 5th July, and on the 10th there was a hand shake session & interview at HMV for 250 fans.

After that, they attended a famous radio program "TOKYO ENTERTAINMENT STATION". Over 1500 fans gathered at the open studio to support them.

At 8pm, they went on Fuji tv "Super News", and next week they will be on "The Wide" program. This Japan trip is very successful.

Vanness Wu and Kangta have united greatly in Vanness's concert. The relationship of the two have been more and more good where Kangta reached the place where you do not know excessively. Vivian Hsu meanwhile was reported to be in Japan before the concert of Vanness. But she dared not even look at the concert of Vanness, hurriedly returned to Taiwan. According to vanness, he doesnt mind of Vivian doesnt come and see his concert, what he regrets more is F3 not seeing his concert because of busy work.

Vanness used to guarantee invitation of his family to Tokyo, all UNICEF Japanese branches (the Japanese UNICEF association The Japan Committee for UNICEF) and contributed 100000 U.S. dollars of the guaranty of 3rd stage. These are visible that it became the best present of Van Ness in his birthday on August 7th.

Woo the repackage album pictures looks great. Kangta has this intense look, esp his eyes. I think his eyes are very mesmerizing and natural, though my friend kept saying he went for double eyelid plastic surgery, cause he didn't seem to have double eyelids previously. :dry: But I'm sure he didn't! Anyways, Kangta's sideburn also very nice!


Korean fans are so lucky! So many promotion dates are set in Korea. Hope their company allocate some time to the pple here in Singapore! :-) Furthermore their album is doing quite well. It was number 1 on the HMV chinese pop charts.

Oh about the X-Man episodes, I was really laughing a lot! I adore all the three episodes he went! I love the parts where he and Tony were dancing Candy too. I think there were 2-3 occasions which happened. The two songs he composed and sung on X-Man were the ones which made me like him quite alot. They both definitely have "mo qi" as they were in H.O.T for 4-5 years. It's really a pity that they disbanded.

I think I only watched one of the episodes which he was the xman. Always load them in the library before I eat during breaks, than later, my friend and I will go up and watch (cause youtube take ages to load)! And I love those 2 songs too. After the popularity they obtained in Korea and Taiwan, the project group Korean-Taiwanese KangTa and Vanness has conquered Japan this time. After the release of their first album on July 5 in Japan, the male duo became an object of the warm acceptance of the Japanese music lovers. On July 10, at the " Yamauchi Tomoko Tokyo Entertainment Station", more than 1,500 fans went to see the singers.

KangTa and Vanness were invited in the concert for the celebration of the Beijing Olympics 2008 last July 13 in Beijing.

Kangta, Vanness Set to Capture Hong Kong
Korean singer Kangta and Taiwanese singer Vaness, who formed a project team, will make a three-day visit to Hong Kong from Thursday to promote the ballad song “127 day” from their album “Scandal” after releasing a repackaged edition on July 18.


On the first day of their visit, they will give an interview with media outlets including TVB Entertainment News and Music Channel, Metro Radio, Commercial Radio and RTHK Radio.

On the second day, July 28, the two will hold a showcase at the Hong Kong International Trade and Exhibition Center in Kowloon Bay, which some 5,000 fans are expected to attend. The showcase will last for one hour starting from 8:00 p.m. Expectations are running high because it is the first appearance the two top singers are making in Hong Kong after forming the project group

On the last day, they will hold an autograph session at the APM shopping mall in downtown Hong Kong, which is expected to be packed with their fans.


Meanwhile, the two will hold an autograph session for Korean fans in Daegu on Monday and Pusan on Wednesday. On Tuesday, they will attend the filming of the KBS2 show “Yoon Do-hyun’s Love Letter.”

I’m neither Vanness or Kangta fan. I’ve never attended any event of them as well. But i heard that Vanness and Kangta will have an autograph session today, so i decide to go there.

The reason I went is to support Vanness ‘coz I read last week's event that KT has far more fans than Vanness... but after I went, I felt I was worriing too much as Vanness has many fans there though KT also got alot

Vann fans are mainly working adults while KT fans are mostly students still dressed in uniforms

Vann is very good looking and much good looking than on tv and he really got good complexion

when it is my turn for the autograph. Vanness sign and also drew a heart on it.

I was nervous. I don’t know what should i say then I softly ask if I can shake hands with him

Vann smiles and signing using his right hand and reach out his left hand to hold my hands..then KT automaticlaly hold out his right hand to hold my right hands...so practically my left is with Vann and my right hand is with Kangta.

I like Vanness a lot now, and i will continue go to events for Vanness

It was reported before that Kangta & Vanness did not merely receive very much asian welcome. But contrary to the rumours, all fans in South Korea were there to support but they believed this marches the locality to Wu to have enormous help.

The day before yesterday, the 2 held a signature meeting in commemoration of the Scandal brand new edition, finally attracts nearly thousand loyal fans to come.

According to some sources, the participants are only limited to 500 people but in the site, fans gathered around 1,000 ++ people that created chaotic situation. Fans went to department stores to buy their copies and many frantic fans also came from mainland & Japan.

Due to the great response of Kangta & Vanness' songs like 'Scandal', with the success of their 1st jib, serious attitude is shown when being asked about releasing 2nd jib.

Kangta said, "it is not clearly stated that there will be 2nd jib, but the possibility is high considering the situation now. But I guess it would be a group bigger than just Kangta & Vanness.

The 'bigger group' he said refers to F4 with members Vanness Wu, Vic Zhou, Ken Chu, Jerry Yan, together with Shin HyeSung, Lee JiHoon, Kangta who worked along as Group S.

Vanness said, "I have discussed with Kangta about grouping S and F4 members together. To match the time available for activity for Kangta and I is already a very tough task, it seems that it is not easy either if there are 7 members in a group. But we have been discussing with other members. Kangta and I have formed a group, therefore to group F4 and S together is not impossible".

The desired music style and direction of F4 and Group S are similar. Since they are approved by fans in not only Korea, but the whole Asia, it is likely that they could be Asia's top group.

pepper: F4 hasn't disbanded yet. They just don't have any projects coming along and most of them are having solo projects now.

The collaboration thingy is quite hard to be be realised as all 7 of them have their own work projects etc. Personally I don't really wan't this collaboration to happen as both groups are of different types.

Group S is wonderful. Shin Hyesung, Lee Jihoon and Kangta's voice blend very well together. I just hope it stays as Group S.

Kangta & Vanness Recieves Toy & Plays Around

Vanness Wu and korean artist Kangta formed a group and released a album. After a round of promo, they're finally here in HK yesterday. More than hundred of fans specially recieved them at the airport, causing the airport lobby to drop into a chaotic situation. After fans gave Kangta Mickey Mouse soft toy, he was smiling all over and even passed the toy to Vanness who was wearing a Mickey Mouse print shirt.

Vanness and Kangta yesterday arrived in HK to promote their new album Scandal. They arrived at the HK airport at around 12 noon yesterday, with hundreds of fans recieving them. They rushed up when they saw both of them walking out. Adding to the media who was rushing for interviews, the scene became very messy. Kangta and Vanness who had their caps on looked tired, showing the tiredness from the events that were piled up.

However, when the both of them saw the number of fans at the airport, they were full of smiles. Especially after fans gave Kangta the mickey mouse toy, he handed the toy to Vanness who was wearing a mickey mouse print tee-shirt. When they were escorted up the van, Vanness returned the toy to Kangta before they got up the van and they played with the toy.

At 4.30pm in the afternoon, they went for a interview at Xin Cheng Radio station. They changed into black suits and wore the same shoes, neat and shining. Kangta expressed that it is his 4th time visiting HK but it's the first time that he is here with Vanness as a group. Previously, they have done their promotion at korea, Japan and Taiwan. HK is the 4th stop. Being asked if they had problems communicating ? Kangta said his english level wasn't as good as Vanness' but it doesn't affect them working together. Talking about both old and new groups, Vanness said that F4 and their 2-person group has a different style. In the past, he sang more love songs, now he is happy that he has dancers with him and loves both. Kangta who walked out of HOT expressed that there is more humor between the 2 now. The two would be in HK for a few days and having autograph sessions over the weekend. However, with the papparrazi around, it's hard for them to be free and easy.

Vanness Only Introduced Rainie Yang to Kangta Due to Busy Schedule

Vanness Wu and Kangta yesterday accepted an interview of a Hong Kong radio station. Earlier when promoting in Taiwan and Japan, the two worked from dawn to dusk. When in Taiwan, Vanness did not even have time to take Kangta touring. The Taiwanese singer also did not have time to introduce pretty girls to Kangta and had only bumped into Rainie Yang during an event.

Vanness said, “Worker wise, there were many different nationalities, Japanese, Korean, English and Chinese. It was a funny scene when we tried to socialise!” Kangta expressed that he had the most feelings towards Taiwan as Vanness was very popular in this region. Being Vanness’s partner made him feel special.

Last night Vanness and Kangta attracted 2000 fans at APM for their autograph session where only 1500 will get the autographs. Fans already came the night before at 10 o'clock to line up. Once Kangta and Vanness came out, the fans were screaming crazily. One of the fans saw that Vanness was coughing so she went to pat his back for him. Most of the people there were Vanness fans so he said, "I came to Hong Kong before with the F4 identity. On the other hand, it's mostly Kangta fans in Korea."

They felt really touched when they knew about the fans lining up early. They announced that they will be coming to Hong Kong again on August 6. Kangta was asked if he thinks Hong Kong fans are enthusiastic and crazy, "Fans at other places are also superb. I was once hugged and kissed by girl fans in front of my house gate." Vanness also experienced fans that hugged and wanted to kiss him. But they only kissed his neck area at the end.

Vanness & Kangta made their 1st performance in Hong Kong the nite b4, it attracted many of their fans. As it's a showcase, they only sang 5 songs and the event ended within 1 hour. KV said hello to the fans in cantonese. However, there was a small accident.

Their performance was divided into 2 parts, for the 1st part they appeared in all black outfits. For the 2nd part, they changed into white shirts. After singing 2 songs, they'll play games with fans. For the 1st game, 6 fans were invited on stage to guess song titles. Juz then, a lighting dropped and touched 1 of the fan's shoulder. But that fan excitedly continued playing. As both KV didn't see it happen, they were shocked when they heard it from their crew after the incident. The next game was to pass a ping pong ball using a spoon. Ping pong balls fell on the floor many times. At 1st, Vanness suavely picked up the ball and threw it towards the fans. But instead, a fan caught it & threw it back.

After each game, fans will take the opportunity to hug both of them. But it caused a roar from the rest of the fans. Kangta looked stiff when hugged by fans. When asked how did he feel after the hug, Vanness said it's comfortable. As long as his fans are happy, he's happy too. When asked futher, wat if fans request for a kiss. Vanness said kiss will be too over. On the other hand, Kangta said a kiss on the face is ok but kiss on the lips then he has to take responsibility. When told he looked stiff while hugging fans, he explained that this is his 1st time performing in HK, and he's a little nervous. He promise to be more natural at the autograph session the next day.

As their schedule in HK is very tight, Kangta is unable to enjoy the scenery or shopping. Vanness who has been in HK many times told Kangta in english, he hopes to bring KT to Lan Kwai Fong but they are unable too coz there are too many paparazzi.
Kangta joked only that he can go, only Vanness can't. Vanness replied he will wear a Kangta mask & go out.

On 27th nite, Vanness & Kangta held a showcase at Kowloon & meet Hong Kong fans. Besides singing & dancing, they also played games with fans. During the games, fans took the opportunity to hug them.

When they were playing games, there was a little accident occured on stage - a lighting dropped down & hit a fan. Fortunately, the fan was not injured. After the incident, Vanness & Kangta were very concerned abt the fan and said: &quot;Fortunately the fan was unhurt, otherwise they'll feel bad abt it.&quot;

At the start of the showcase, Vanness & Kangta greeted the fans in mandarin & cantonese, & said &quot;I Love U&quot;, winning screams from fans. After that, they praised each other. Vanness said Kangta takes good care of others, and he's very lucky to work with him. Kangta said Vanness has a great body, and is a born artiste.

They sang 5 new songs in total, and only 1 fast song. They explained later, this time is only a showcase, its purpose is to meet their fans. As they didn't have much time to prepare, they hope next time they can have a concert in HK & perform more for everyone.

When asked how did they feel when fans hugged them, Vanness replied it's comfortable. But if fans request for a kiss, then he thinks it will be too much.

Kangta & Vanness auto-session welcomed more than 1,000 fans in Korea

During Kangta&Vanness autograph session, more than 1000 people get together in the fan meeting. The presence of the fans proved the popularity of the said duo. On the 20th, kangta&vanness held the autograph signing at the Seoul Central City in line with their debut Album SCANDAL. In commemoration of the new package album sale from 7 in the morning, fans started queueing.

Sign meeting on that particular day was limited to only 500 people in a first-come-first served basis, but more than approximately 1,000 fans got in the event meeting place, not only the fans but also the nearby department stores and the people working in the shopping centers appeared in the venue and the whole vicinity area became large and congested. In addition, fans from China and Japan visited the meeting place increasing hot cheerful smile from the duo.

Fans also prepared something for Vanness’ upcoming birthday before the said sign meeting, the memory in Korea passed deep time for vanness. This May, Vanness has been very busy with making the most of his time in the album Scandal which starts official activities followed to and from activities in the countries like Taiwan, Japan, hongkong, Malaysia and now Vanness has established a position as singer representing Asia.

Vanness Wu barebodied, saw Johnny Depp

Having completed his solo concert in Tokyo in July, Vanness have been flying ard to promote his new album with Kangta; from Japan to Korea to Hong Kong. Everywhere they went, they were surrounded by enthusiastic fans. The most unforgettable for Vanness was when he met his idol Johnny Depp at the hotel sauna in Japan. It's a pity he didn't manage to take photo with him. On the other hand, Kangta almost missed his flight due to the autograph session.

Early July, Vanness held 3 solo concert in Tokyo international forum. Not only did Japan fans bought tickets to support, they also swept all of the concert merchandise. In response to his high popularity in Japan, his management company will release his solo pictorial book which will include pics from the concert. However, it will only be released in Japan.

The following day after his Tokyo concert, Vanness woke up early and went to the hotel gym to exercise. Unexpectedly, he met his idol Johnny Depp at the sauna who was in Tokyo to promote his movie & staying in the same hotel. Vanness took the initiative & introduced himself, it's a pity they didn't take any photo.

It is rumoured that Vanness & Kangta will disband next yr. However, they dismissed the rumours and will have 2 concerts in Beijing on 22 & 23 Sept. Last week, they had an autograph session in Hong Kong. Kangta had to leave 1/2way through in order to catch a plane back to Korea. Vanness promised to continue signing autographs for the fans.

Basically I thought that this collaboration was silly at first(because I didn't like Vanness at all, kangta was okay). However, when I caught a glimse of their Scandal MV on television, I fell in love with it at once(the song, the images, etc). Vanness changed alot from the last time I saw him. And now I think this collaboration is fantastic. Their songs are great! I can't wait for more things to be released from them.

I've never been a very big fan of Vanness or Kangta...but after Scandal it was a complete 180. A big "WHOA" from me.

The two Motorola D&G limited edition V3i gold phones are birthday gifts from the company. However I find that it's alittle early for Kangta as his birthday is 10th of Oct. :sweat:

Kangta agreed to write Vanness a song as a birthday gift which will be included in his solo album and is slated to release in November. Kangta haven't finished writing it, but he needs to complete the song by September if not it will be too late for recording.

New album received good results, Vanness & Kangta celebrates

As Vanness & Kangta new album "Scandal" received good results, there was a celebration yesterday. Co-incidentally, it's Vanness's birthday too, Kangta presented longevity buns & cake to celebrate for him. Sony&BMG HK management gave KV each a latest model gold handphone as birthday present; wishing Kangta happy birthday in advance.

ZaiZai gives Vann a ring as bday present

Vann said he'll celebrate his bday with fans. Talking abt his bday wish, Vann wished for world peace and a smooth career. When asked if he wished to look for a galfren. He replied not at the moment, because his workload is too heavy, there's not enough time. Rather, he hopes to chat with his good frens.

Wat presents did he receive? He said his mum gave him a diamond earring which he is wearing now, fans gave him a giant robot & electric guitar. He expressed that he has told his fans b4 not to give him such expensive presents, he will be happy as long as fans buy his albums and attend his concerts.

Jerry has called him to wish him happy bday and arranged to meet up soon. Zai has given him a ring & a keychain when they met up in Taiwan few days ago and Zai kept asking him if the presents are nice. Vann remembered there was one year when they attended a pepsi event, it was also his bday. 5000 fans sang birthday song together, it was really very touching. But he didn't cry, instead other F3 members were moved to tears.

Kangta said he has already prepare Vanness's birthday present but he won't reveal wat is it. The only clue he gave was that it could be carried around.

Vanness added, Koreans are very friendly. When he & Kangta 1st met at the recording studio, KT gave him a tshirt. And when he met Quan Xiang Yu some time ago, Quan Xiang Yu immediately took off his belt & gave Vanness when Vanness commented it was very nice. He said to Vann: "U are very cool, the belt suits u very well." At that moment, Vanness was too shy to accept it. Unexpectedly, Quan Xiang Yu bought an identical new belt & asked someone to pass to Vanness. Vann hope to have the opportunity to work with Quan Xiang Yu in the future.

Vanness Only Introduced Rainie Yang to Kangta Due to Busy Schedule

Vanness Wu and Kangta last week accepted an interview of a Hong Kong radio station. Earlier when promoting in Taiwan and Japan, the two worked from dawn to dusk. When in Taiwan, Vanness did not even have time to take Kangta touring. The Taiwanese singer also did not have time to introduce pretty girls to Kangta and had only bumped into Rainie Yang during an event and the Korean popstar couldn't help but gush on hoiw pleasant-looking Rainie was. "She looks very angelic and serene, doesn't she? Not many girls have that ambience nowadays...she is very nice too." Kangta commented. He also shared that Vanness and he got the chance to have a chat with Rainie and he found her to be very opinionated. "She looks very naive yet in fact, she's a very good conversationalist. Quite a smart girl." But he also stated he has too much work to actually think of finding a serious girlfriend lately.

Vanness said, “Worker wise, there were many different nationalities, Japanese, Korean, English and Chinese. It was a funny scene when we tried to socialize!” Kangta expressed that he had the most feelings towards Taiwan as Vanness was very popular in this region. Being Vanness’s partner made him feel special. He is hoping for more projects with his current partner.

Yeap, I went to their showcase yesterday ^^
The crowd is seriously CRAZY! There were so many pushing going on, even when K & V were singing on stage! I was lucky to be standing right next to the barricade, right at the side where the queue line starts ^^ If I'm standing in the middle or somewhere in the crowd, I'm sure I'll be so suffocated that I'd probably gave up before they came on-stage. Anyway, yeah, I consider myself to be lucky. I heard that Only f4 members came as early as 7.00 am!!

They sang a total of 4 songs -> Scandal, 127 Days, One Day and Faint ^^
Both of them are so polite!! They actually looked up to every fan and smile, after signing the albums! Initially, I wanted to shake both of their hands but I'm afraid that the crew will stop me if I manage to shake one of their hands so in the end, I chose to shake.... Kangta's hand :-)

My mom was asking me, did you 'show off' your Korean skills to Kangta? And I was like :oops: Awww, I didn't thought of saying some Korean words to him! (apart from the usual Saranghaeyo and Kamsahamnida) ><

Wah, I'm getting all green again!! My friend (Jordan71) who went there said that the atmosphere is very high and "siao". She also had the chance of even talking to the both of them. She mentioned that KT is very polite and sweet and she think she has fallen for him lol. :D

Hmm did you ask KT or V to write your name on your album? I heard a few of them got their names written on their Scandal CDs. A fan who was standing there seeing KT signing and when he finished, he looked up and stretched out his hand wanting to shake with her. She then realised and shook hands with him. And another said that V looks very handsome but she couldn't tear her eyes of KT because his skin is so porcelian smooth! :happy:

Not exactly pepper, I think his album will be delayed. Normally he will go overseas for photoshoots and he has the Kangta and Vanness concert on 22/23 Sept and some other events in China to attend.

He will go to the army earliest by the end of next year. He has Group S album to release, maybe another collaboration with Vanness (might be a flim or another album) :wink2:

Haha, actually Singapore KT fans are really sad that he isn't coming to Singapore for Scandal promotions. I even asked my friend, who was a F4 fan last time whether is Vanness popular in Singapore and she said yes. But sigh, both of them didn't butt their way to Singapore.

I agree that I prefer his collabs with Group S, rather than Vanness but more collabs with Vanness will increase his chances of coming to Singapore. And after watching Shinhwa concert and seeing Hyesung I really wish that his good pal with tell KT his great experiences in Singapore and ask him to visit us too! :tongue:

And to sidetrack a little, Group S 2nd jib would be out perhaps early next year. :happy:

Kangta and Vanness has received an award for the Hanlui (Korean wave) section at the 13th Korean Entertainment Art Awards Ceremony.
This award is given to the singer who performs actively in foreign countries, promoting Korea.
Kangta has already received this award in 2004.
This year Kangta receives the award with Vanness.

Vanness donated 10% of his income from concerts to charity

Ever since March onwards, non-stop concerts (F4 Forever 4 concerts, Van-Dalism in Tokyo & Scandal – Beijing concerts) made Vanness earn nearly 10 million in 2006. However, he never forgets to show his care to the needed like he donated 10% of his income from concerts to charity; donated the whole earning of the last added Van-Dalism concert to a child organization of United Nations. Furthermore, he raised 8 kids via donation to World Vision during his 28th birthday this year.

Right now he’s busy in his 2nd solo album which will be released early next year. He flew back to the States to learn new dancing steps, hope this can bring new elements to his performance on stage. Next year he may spend more time in shooting movies (maybe one will be directed by Jimmy but it all need to depend on his schedule).

End of October, Vanness attended the 13th Annual South Korea Entertainments Art Awards, he was the first Overseas artist to get the All Star” Awards. He prepared & memorized his speech which was translated to Korean. He was so worry that he even rehearsed with Kangta & asked Kangta to help him out if he really forgot his lines. Finally, he made it himself & Kangta even praised him could speak in very standard Korean
