Any smallville fans here? :) This is my second favorite show currently. While the action keeps me interest I hope they keep the character development going. I don't want all action all the time. I prefer it to be spilt evenly.

The third season just started here in New York too. I thought the episode was great. The episode went by so fast and that cliffhanger just killed me :laughing: When I saw the words 'to be continued' I yelled out some 'words' :angel:

I love Allison Mack and Kristin Kruek too. Both beautiful, especially Allison :excited:

I really like the ppl in the show too. Kristin Kreuk(Lana) is very pretty! And Tom Welling (Clarke) is very cute =)

Smallville is filmed in Vancouver (where I live!!!) And I rmbr last year when I was in Art class, this lady came in and borrowed some of my art teacher's art supplies.. and then later my art teacher told us that the person is in charge of the decorating/settings in Smallville!... And my English student teacher's gf use to go to school with Kristin Kreuk....

Mmmm...lana...hehe. Yeah Lanaville...i mean Smallville is like the only other show i watch on TV religiously after Friends. Most guys do watch it for Kristen Kreuk but i'm also in it for the story since I think it's very interesting and often times funny/entertaining. Anyone catch the season premiere last night? It was good if a bit on the weird side.

ditto that... I kinda liked it, but every episode was the same in a way. Like someone gets super powers from the kryptonite, than clark stops them. And its NOT accurate to the comics at all... :-x ...*nerd... hahaha.. Well i never really read the superman comics but i watched the cartoon alot when i was little. But yeah, its still a good show. I just don't have time to watch tv. I was spending my time making a b day gift for my friend last night. 2 hrs! haha..

I doubt it can be completely accurate to the comics. They need to develop some stories to keep the series going. I'm hoping it will be atleast 5-7 seasons.

I thought you still liked smallville cici :oops: True that she's a bit of a crybaby. But I'm sure they will break up again and Chloe will get some time. Sort of like a love triangle.

I used to love watching Smallville... I watched all of the 1st season. Gradually, I began to lost interest in the show... I still keep up with the storyline, but I don't bother watching a whole lot more.

Smallville is definitely not on my top list of favorite shows, but it isn't all that bad. I adore the characters though. Lex is cool.

the woman playing clark's mom now was actually lois in the superman 3 movie! interesting eh? i pretty much feel the same way as most of you guys. the first season was really good and then the plot just started to slide. its a pity how most 'supernatural' shows follow that path. i watched the first season of charmed and darkangel. ok...so darkangel wasn't really supernatural. but all of them started off really good and then the 'bad guys' just started getting cheesier and cheesier and the shows just started to suck. i love lex...he's so cool. i want to see how the tension between him and clark builds.

I used to watch Smallville every week for the first season. It was so awesome! I never thought that any of the guys were cute or anything, but I thought that the storyline was really cool. I liked how it showed what it was like to grow up with these supernatural powers, and not being able to tell anyone about it.

I didn't watch the season premiere or most of the 2nd season... Anyone care to get me up to date?

They've showed 2 seasons here in Aus.. is it me or was the second season REALLY short? Anyway.. yeah I agree it started to get a little boring.. the cheesiest episode would probably be the one where Lex marries some woman who omits some type of sexual hormones (?) and she goes around making all the men lust over here. o_O I usually like watching supernatural shows though.. Charmed is one of my favourite.. but I think they axed Dark Angel. Anyway the old Superman series was better than Smallville.. the one from years ago, starring Teri Hatcher and Dean Cain.

They show ended after 4 seasons only though. I think dean cain had some kind of dispute

i think lana isn't in the lois and clark series for obvious reasons and because she's supposed to die. that's how it happens in the original superman series.

There are so many different superman comic series I think though? Each is a little different then the other.

Lex turns out to be different in certain comics from what I understand.

oh...im probably one of the biggest smallville fans...
i cant really compare smallville to Lois&Clark coz i wasnt able to watch it all that much...i was only able to catch like 2 episodes or sumthing of that...
anyway...i guess i like the whole idea of clark as a teenager who's still adjusting to his abilities...and it helps to when the actor playing clark is as cute as tom welling...
but i agree with you guys...matthew rosenbaum who plays lex luthor is just the hottest...even with the bald head! that's why its so weird to think that he'll eventually grow into this old bald resentful man who's going to be superman's arch nemesis.

im just so addicted to this series...i havent missed any episode...not one...

oh, and i think christopher reeves, when he was young was way hotter than tom welling...but tom is definitely hotter than dean cain...

I LOVE smallvile!! Of cousre with every good thing there comes a little frusturation... I hate the parts where the break for commercials. tsk tsk. and the cliffhangers...ahh!!!

i think lana lang (kristen kreuk) is very pretty, she has that exotic look that u dont see much often... prollie cuz she's half chinese. :-D clark kent has a very nice build :-D

i think this is the only tv series with the most close-up shots of everyone... i mean REALLY close-up... am i the only one who thinks so?

Well but I would say Smallville IS a little heavy duty for me.... coz i usually like to watch sitcoms like Friends (YEA!) just to lighten up my day....Smallville is too "movie" like, and its not something I would watch to take a short break :)

Still, if i'm free, its definitely something I would wanna catch on TV.....

i really loved the last 2 seasons of Smallville and i dont get to see the next until next year which is a bummer cos u guys probably see all of season 3 before i even do as i live in the UK and we are always one of the last people to see any great TV series ie Smallville :cry:

Yap i really liked Smallville i thought it was great... It was always interesting...
Not like other boring shows... :laughing: But they used to show it late at night.. And i always had school the next day... So sometimes i would only catch half the show or sometimes even miss it... :cry: :? I don't have a tape recorder so i couldn't tape the show... Well so anyway i thought it was great... Lana looks really pretty... :) And I like all the action and drama in the show... I haven't started seeing the third season.. wonder when it'll be shown here... :? :yeah:

i really like smallville. aside from the fact that tom welling is practically the hottest human being alive, it also has a good storyline. i just hope that in the end, lana and clark would end up together. :D

i think the 3rd season is the best season for smallville. it kinda got boring in the first part of the 2nd season and i actually stopped watching it because the story was like revolving only around clark chasing lana and stuff. but i resumed watching when lana finally developed feelings for clark because from then on, i think clark was more focused on saving people and not just chasing lana. :D

Anyone watch the season finale? It was really awesome and left the watcher with a lot of unanswered questions.

Tom Weiling is such a good actor for clark IMHO! He has that humble personality where he's very secretive and mysterious. Sorta like Jay? haha!

Anyways, Season 4 isn't going to air till September-ish. Sucks!

Season 4 Finale ended with everyone basically dying or leaving HOWEVER, it is confirmed everyone is set to come back for Season 4 except for Pete. Not sure how everyone comes back but they do. Chloe was shown to die in the explosion however, she wasn't on the initial end where the explosion was set off. Also, they said she might come back as a different character? Lana had seen the white rose and clark.. When you think rose, white is not the colour that initially pops up because white signifies spirtual love etc. Red is "true love" so.. I guess it probably left Lana really confused. Dunno how Lex gets out of his choke hold..

Lionel's balding probably symbolizes something but I'm not sure what.. hmmmm.

I LOVE Smallville especially Tom Welling. He's really tall too. Even though his teeth does not looks good. He has a cute smile. Lana is pretty too. The story now is pretty interesting sometimes :glug: . What is shown here is only the Third season. Skipped the spoilers. So far, have not missed an episode. Well, this season seems to be include very intimate scenes. Most of them (character in the story) look grown up already.

I like smallville!! well, during the first season, I seldom watch, so I wasn't so interested in watching it.. But then now TV3(malaysian tv) is showing 3rd or fourth season (the latest @.@) of smallville. I found it a very nice show.. so I continued watching since then :D

I'm waiting for this season's "Justice" episode. Will they finally form the JLA even when Clark is not Superman yet? This will be very interesting to see, I must make sure I watch that one.
