me, feel happier when listening his songs played in radio,tv,etc. even i have alll his song.
but when listening its in radio,etc....i feel something different. maybe it coz i'm so proud of him
n i wanna him be more famous than now (even he is so famous liao) especially if it was played at
unusually station in my country, Indonesia (maybe coz he is not that famous here) :(

as for your question, i don't know if i feel happier one way or another. (btw, should this belong here or over at the Polls? :?) at home, i can listen to whichever jay song whenever i want on my comp. but on the radio, i can't have that luxury. however, it's always wonderful to hear jay songs on the radio and see how he's doing on the charts and stuff. very proud of him that way. but i don't get to hear too much jay on the radio here. and the thing with airplay is that the songs get cut off at times or the DJs will be talking while the song's being played. in that sense, i'd enjoy listening to the songs on my own more.

Too bad I live in America, so I don't have the ability to hear Jay's songs on the radio...but to answer the question hypothetically, I don't think it would really matter. His songs sound great either way! But I think it would sound better on my own CD player, maybe because radio quailty is bad and I don't know, it just doesn't sound as well as on a CD player. And sometimes when I go to the bay area, theres a Chinese station there, but they play really crappy songs...which ruins everything.....

Ya, though i also had all his cds, I think the feeling is different when u heard the radio broadcast it. Its not often that I heard Jay's so0ng from radio, thats why. Mostly I still heard them from my Md or my cd player! But I think when I sad or moody, listening to his songs does make mi feel good, and better too!

I think listening to his songs through both ways bring me a different kind of happiness. Simply listening to Jay's music on my computer or in my room makes me happy because it's just me, Jay, and my homework and/or book. No interruptions, no DJ to cut off the song before I'm ready, and it's only me and Jay in essence.

With the radio, since I'm in America, I don't often hear Jay's songs. I only get to listen to Jay's songs when the ladies at my mom's shop turn on the old Cantonese station. When I hear his songs that way, it makes me happy that even people here in America find his music worth listening to. It makes me happy knowing that I'm not the only one who thinks he's great.

But definitely, in the end, I think I'm happier listening to his music on my computer or in my room. It just feels better for me.

I think I know what kind of feeling you're talking about when you hear him on the radio. You feel proud of Jay since the radio station feel that Jay's song is worth broadcasting for. Especially in the stations where they usually broadcast western music. I feel so proud of Jay every time I saw him in local Indonesian MTV. Not many Chinese artists can go through Indonesian MTV. They're more into Western music and Indonesian music. SO whenever I see Jay on MTV Indonesia, I feel like, "Yes, Jay had conquered Indonesian MTV!!!" :excited:

But anyway, I feel very happy when I can hear Jay on my car along with my friends who are Jay lovers. My car sound system is a blast and I had one trip to the mall where my car brought 6 of my friends who are Jay lovers. And it was so fun since we all get so excited everytime we hear another song (since we all have different favorite songs). It feels great that way!!! :D

whenever i hear Jay on the radio or see his MV on the TV, i just a sorta gush overwhelm feeling of happiness like a little girl :blush: listening to him for the first time or seeing him for the first time. i mean is till enjoy playing his songs on my pc at my own pace and choose whichever song i feel like listening to at that moment but it's different when listening to it on the radio or seeing his MV.

Since Jay doesn't get radio play or tv time in the US, I would have to say my own CD player. But even in taiwan I felt the same way. However, I love the guy's videos, but they are not on often enough. So it's gotta be the CD player, if not for the sole reason of the "repeat" button. :)

I normally listen to Jay on my MD and watch his MVs on the VCDs or on the computer...but because i live in the UK, its really special seeing his videos being shown on TV, because its so rare.

Of cuz on radio because...although he's very hot and famous here, Singapore, i rarely hear his songs(although i listen radio most of the time..);due to there's a lot more singers' songs needed to be broadcasted.
