KAT-TUN was first formed in March 2001. They were handpicked by Koichi from Kinki kids to be their back dancers for various shows such as Pop Jam etc.

Led vocally by the talented singer and songwriter Akanishi Jin and his friend Kamenashi Kazuya. Each member also has a solo song that they perform. nah i have decided that i dun want to write anything about it.. well.. dun really care about them.. as jay puts it.. sales figures are the best evidence to everything.. long as the sales figures remained great, concert tickets completely sold out for every performance.. thats enough to show how popular kat-tun are.. and well the rest of the pple out there.. i just dun really give a damn about them..

i dun really get it actually.. did kat-tun ever mention that they want to beat smap?? no.. i only remember kame saying that they dun want to thread the path that is being laid out by senpais ( and that includes smap ) they want to venture out on their own, walking down the path that no other je groups have ever done.

pple ask ..what gives kat-tun the right to have the "grandest" debut ever, and now i will tell them... if there's one group, that's clearly being "forgotten" no personal variety shows under their belt ( cant count the volleyball thing course thats temporary, cant count shounen ckub course thats a johnny's show, cant count utawara course kat-tun just sit that and do nothing most of the time ) <oh just to add.. ya-ya-yah has their own show.. which started from as early as 2003> so leaves one thinking.. why didnt kat-tun have at least a show of their own?

aside from music station , kat-tun has never appeared on other non-je variety shows..

yet havin so little exposure , that group could continue to hold sold-out concerts after concerts, breaking records even before they debutted.. so tell me, what right doesnt kat-tun have?

pple say , gokusen2 is the key to akame's success.. i beg to differ however.. if akame didnt dig out a grand career of their own before gokusen2, the producers wont even consider them as one of the main cast. so gokusen2 indeed heigtened akame's popularity.. but please remember that akame was popular even before the existence of gokusen2

and another thing, pple say gokusen2 has the same story line as golusen1.. and yet why does it surpass the original one??? the answer is akame. golusen2 provide so much akame moments, and i think that contributes significantly to golusen2 success

ah i said i didnt want to make an entry.. and yet i cant help but typed out the chunk above.. well to those non-kat-tun fans.. they have every reason to rebutt what i said.. ( the same goes for what they have to say as well )

Cos Kame did not fight with Ueda cos of Shuji to Akira..they fought cos of Nakamaru's mistake on stage. Kame was blaming Ueda for not trying to help to cover up that mistake..and Ueda punched him..and they fought (muahaha! They were young boys then..)

And actually Kame did not say he dislike being teamed up with Yamapi..he only said that if KAT-TUN did not debut, he cannot debut too..**

-vIt- i took a year of japanese many years ago.. argh if i'd discovered johnnys back then i wouldnt have dropped it! i can still read hiragana & katakana.. my friends will be like WAHH but thing is i dont understand what i'm reading HAHA.

The Utaban clip. You got the hardsubbed one huh? Too little of it was subbed actually, just the beginnin and end.. Either that or the middle subs just didnt show up for some reason. So i downloaded soft subs. If you want me to i can upload for you. (: I love Arashi on Utaban haha too funny.
I thought Sho was really cute on this one, when he caused Nakai to lose both times lol. And then you see a prelude of the famous Nakai-Ohno battle at the end.. "grow up will you Nakai" HAHA. It was carried forward to the later few Arashi appearances on Utaban... they even got physical ROFL.

The NwP special is a new one I think..I only watched the 1st part..so perhaps Hannah can explain more. For the 1st part..actually half of it are the commercials of NwP...only the 2nd half are some NGs..and Nobuta doing some recommendations of food. The NGs are quite funny..haha..

Jweb: It's like a diary that JE artistes need to compulsory write everyday. It's actually written using their mobile phone and those fans who subscribe to the service would be able to receive the diaries written by them..

okay I know this is sick but I think I have watched the ONE to ONE performance that Char sent me with the letter reading like 10 times now, and I realized something, I know the song only feature Koki & Nakamaru but Nakmaru looks super hot in that performance (and his dancing skills are adorable) but in that file the char uploaded of wallies...the one labeled Nakamaru looks nothing like him! Actually i think Flame Lead w-inds.. their vocals are pretty average.. But i always enjoy their PVs and performances alot.. Very good dancing, and the choreography is better than Johnny's XD Esp Lead!! Their dancing is so genki and happy and energetic and upbeat and lively and yes they all mean the same thing!

And yeah Wentz is the half-japanese.. he has a VERY adorable personality! Funny guy (: but looks wise Teppei is probably the CUTESSSST thing i've ever seen..

Well, not long ago, we were warned by Optus broadband, because they were saying that we downloaded too much, i think they said 2GB per day, which i doubt we did, i don't know about my sister though, and they said this was their first warning, the next time they find us uploading/downloading too much, they'll block our broadband, and we can't use it anymore~

It's not hard to speak it, but to write it it's hard. There are no alphabets in Chinese, so you just need to memorise EVERY character. There are pinyin though, they help you read [they're like alpahbets] the chinese characters, but you can't write it that way, you just need to know the characters

Oh Actually this is really ironic. I bought a Japanese magazine with Kat-tun on the cover and it has like little articles about each member. I was reading on the train and my friend was with me and my friend was making fun of EVERY MEMBER IN KAT-TUN (I wanted to cry she was so mean she called Kame and girl and said that Nakamura lips are too big {only for more to kiss :cry:}) Anyway so today that friend came over and I showed her the Kat-tun vs. Big dog clip cause it was really funny and what happens? She falls in love with Ueda (The guy who SHE REFUSED TO CALL A GUY she said "THATS A GUY! I THOUGHT THATS A GIRL!") Yet after the big dog clip (although I find it weird that it would be after that clip since he does act strange in it) that she falls in love with it. KAT-TUN member Kazuya Kamenashi, 20, is facing a massive fan backlash for his May-December romance with actress Kyoko Koizumi, 40.

He was recently photographed visiting her apartment in Tokyo and spending half the week there.

Irate fans - mostly teenage girls - not only lashed out at him for 'betraying everyone', but also left nasty messages on Kyoko's website telling the couple to break up, reported Star News.

With some extreme fans threatening to harm Kyoko, her management agency has closed down her official site.

There are also plans to tighten security for her when she attends the premiere of her new movie in Tokyo on Saturday.

Ryo Nishikido from NEWS/Kanjani8 is sometimes cruel to Ueda. After Kamenashi asked Ryo not to question Ueda about his ambitions, telling him that Ueda gets upset that he isn't sure about it, Ryo publicly questioned him again. Then, early this year, Ryo announced that he hates Ueda most of all the Johnny's.

Kame - Kakoii! Good at talking, Good at dancing, Can look innocent and yet hot at times, Good actor. Always put in his all when doing something. Not complaining and not showing his tiredness in front of fans. Puts the fans in high regards and tries to make them happy ^^

Akanishi - Killer winks! Childish and fun! He's a little baka..and I love bakas.. haha.. Always get mistaken as useless, but is actually very smart + lucky (watch Hadaka Shounen and u will know what I mean). SEXY..the most sexy of them all! GREAT VOICE.

Taguchi - Smiles a lot, very concerned towards his team members.. Can sometimes be funny with his cold joke..haha.

Tanaka koki - He is a joke.. SO FUNNY. Always saying something funny out of the blue... A cute person. Quite a gd rapper. Very good at designing his own clothes. He can sew his own clothes! How cool is that..! Very commited when he puts his mind to do something.. He is also the only person in KAT-TUN to get into university....and it's not easy to balance work and studies..so I admire him for that.

Ueda - Ah..such a pretty boy.. Love his eyes.. and he is learning how to do killer stares like jin too! Haha.. he is cute. Easily excited (See the concert fan cams, and utawara volleyball to see what I mean). Do unexpected things..and have different reactions from the usual (see utawara vs big dog to see what i mean)

Nakamaru - heh heh..in the poll in BNS to choose who to be ur date, I chose him. Cos he gives pple a very relaxed and laid back feeling. He is such a nice and gentle person. SUPER funny too..haha.. and I admire him for his beatbox. It's not easy to continually practise and practise everywhere and anywhere..and he is always improving. I also heard that he follows the demands of fans esp in concerts, e.g signing of uchiwas, blow a kiss when asked to.. SO NICE...!!

Harmony- I like visual kei. Their music sounds really good, and their make up & clothes are cool too. But they're not to everyone's taste. People from my school think they're emo, because of their piercings &"weird" clothes. Just like how people say these Johnnies are girls. =X
Anyway, i like Gazette [you might've heard of them, they're really popluar] and nightmare.
I really recommend Gazette's new song - Cassis. It's a great song for someone to start liking visual kei. Doesn't really sound like rock, but the music &tune is great.
The drummer is one of the best i've seen. They're all really talented [1 vocal, 2 guitarist, 1 bass, and 1 drummer]. They're like Jay, they write/ compose their own songs, write their own lyrics etc.

linda- I like jin's hair from WAY long ago, when he still had his hair, similar to yamapi's hair in kurosagi, except dyed blonde/ brown. He looked a bit scary with his long hair, especially because his fringe is long but straight [not brushed sidewards].

I used to not be able to use chopsticks, and mine crossed when i pick something up, but you get used to using it and use it the right way.

luvdamonkeex3 = Linda? sorry :worry: French is actually the hardest language I have learned..There are so many rules! I have been studying it for..about 7 years now and still make errors! When I went to Quebec to test my french even the people there who spoke french made mistakes and frankly the only time all those grammer rules are important is if your writing important documents because I learned that when you actually speak it you can't hear what conjucation your using so as long as you say the word the person figures it out from context so thats a little trick :bleh: I still take french at school though I had my speaking final friday Oh and funny story! We had a list on what we will have to talk about and what did I get? "Talk about your perfect boyfriend!" In french! Lol I talked about Nakamaru it was really amusing :bleh:

vIt I found Visual Kei a song called "Blood?" On Youtube it was really interesting! I liked the chorus with that weird instrument in the middle made it really different! So many people don't know how to use the chopstick. I have a Chinese friend, who eats rice with chopsticks everyday [ at home, for lunch and dinner], but she still doesn't know how to use chopsticks the right way. She's been using the chopsticks for her past life, but she still crosses it when she eats.
But it's easy when you get to know how to use it.

Harmony- I know a lot of non-asians who are into Japanese/ Asian culture. Eg. music. I think most of them are influenced by the animes/ manga. I have an Australian friend, she is SO in love with animes, that she's watched basically everything i could think of, and she also learnt the Japanese language. Now she can read Japanese mangas.

ah..i think the dates airred in Taiwan has a time lag from the actual airring in Japan..cos they need to sub the episode first..but I think it's probably the episode in which Nakamaru say that he always hides his XXXX..not too sure though..haha..

Haha that's the same with me, the only names i know from Kanjani8 are Uchi and Ryo, because they're from NewS. The other's names i can't remember, its hard learning all these names..

Kanjani8 was my least liked johnny's group cos i didnt understand the whole... Kansai thingie and their performances were soooo cheesy and dorky

Our limo's were messed up and this guys parents were making this huge scene in front of my house it was horrid!
