no kiddin'. personally, i think i like her songs~ and she really is pretty. i think those who HATE her are just JEALOUS. JEALOUS that jay loves her more than he loves them, JEALOUS that she's pretty, JEALOUS that she dances so well, JEALOUS that she has such a good body, girls JEALOUS of her shape, JEALOUS of her popularity...can't you see? those are true! more girls than guyz hate jolin...see? proves it right!

agreed.. hohoho most of jay fans are only jealous of jolin.. no offence.. i mean if you dont find her voice so good, then dont listen to her song.. it doesnt necessarily mean that you have to hate her.. dont you think that's a bit SHALLOW eh? and for those who think that she's shallow, how would you know? do you know her personally? i mean that could just be what the paparazi makes her look like... just like how the paparazis sometimes twist Jay's stories... dont get me wrong, but i think it is really shallow to hate JOlin just because she is so close to jay and she's so popular :rasp: i persoally dont hink that her songs aren't bad.. she quite a good dancer and her nostrils arent huge... ask jay if you want to :bleh:

i think jolin is just like jay..
(1) they are controversial & popular
(2) have different taste in fashion (jay wears pink pants ~ his fans still think he is hot, but jolin wears something weird then jay fans go "she's weird!" ~ think about that.. is that fair? shallow, dont you think so? :rasp: )

finally i think that if you really want to mock someone for being not original at all.. please!! please!! blame S.H.E! :dry: at least Jolin has good voice, she tries to present the best of her ability during her concerts... but S.H.E? :dry: come one! not original and they are now going against jay in MTV asia award? That's not a true competition.. if you are a true jay fan? who would you rather hate after know this? geez... :dry:

I know Jay Fans who are nuts for Jolin.

Personally, I don't really like her style.
I pretty much like Elva or Zhang Hui Mei or Penny Dai.

It's hard to explain what wrong with her style, but it's just so weird.

Why do people dislike her? [Hate is too strong a word, I can't use it ^^] Personally, I thought she's quite good. She can dance pretty well and her songs and music are pretty nice too.
Rumours are rumours. Moreover, Jay proved that they are just friends. And well, Jolin's pretty. [Don't slash me, people!] But she is pretty and at times... Sexy. ^^ [Jay agrees with me! Haha]
Like in some post, people say Jay fans dislike Jolin because we fans are jealous. *Stand up and scream* Disagree. I'm not at all jealous of Jolin expect the fact that she can meet Jay. =P
But wells, Jay still rocks. JAY ROCKS THE WHOLE WORLD~!

Very true that many people have their dance moves choreographed! LOL. Some people have better choreographers than others...but what I meant was that what is on stage is dancing, but it's not natural. It's all choreographed. When you put her on a dance floor at say...an LA night club...would she be able to hold her own?

I know this is your personal opinion too. I don't particularly like her voice at well. It's just not HORRIBLE to me. So balanced with the quality of the songs, it's actually ok (to me).

Yeah it is my opinion. Her voice really kind of irks me. It's one of those voices that I can't listen to for long periods of time because it starts to sound like a grating sound eventually. I admit that in terms of the average person...she's..........................uh.......V ERY VERY slightly above average. She's not gonna win on American (Taiwanese?) Idol that's for sure. To me...her fame is not lasting. Jay is one that will last long.

I just find Jolin's talents lacking. She's very forgettable. She's like the Taiwanese Britney Spears. She was Taiwan's little "good girl," and then she turned into Taiwan's little trampy stage girl. She may not dress like that offstage, but neither does Britney.

And if you haven't noticed, Britney's career has been fading too. :D Do we have a bit of foreshadowing here? Maybe!

Jolin's voice is not the best, understandable...but usually when a person's voice is not the best, he or she must have another talent to keep their name remembered. That is usually writing music. She does not have that gift. She will probably be forgotten. She's no Andy Lau, Billy Joel, Mariah Carey or anything else. (I can't believe I just compared her to Mariah Carey)

I also find it ironic that Jolin got really famous when Jay came out.

I'm very picky about my music, honestly. Very few of Jolin's songs and music make the cut. LOL.

It doesn't matter how good or bad a person looks. Hating or disliking someone shouldn't be a result of one's looks. It's simply unreasonable.

My strong distaste in her music and her is not simply from her looks. I despise the fact that she went and bought herself a face and she succumbed to the pressures of the media. When I first saw her perform I thought "Eh...probably more adorable than talented." I was probably like....12 or 13 at the time!

It irks me to no end that she went and had plastic surgery. That moment was what blacklisted her in my mind. "God gives you one face you go and make yourself another," said Hamlet to Ophelia. I was certainly disappointed when I heard she went and had surgery to make herself look better.

Ok, now i'm just annoyed. I typed this reply in defense of Jolin and my computer decided to stuff up and restart itself. Seems people arent the only ones hating Jolin..lol. Haha while people debate about worldly issues like terrorism and religion, we're having Jolin debate?? Well let me play!!! I feel like someone should stand up for her and see things from her point of view at least!

Well, firstly, I reckon that hate is a pretty strong word to use in this situation. Jolin isnt evil or anything. She hasnt done anything terrible to us or anyone we know. And plus, we dont even really know her apart from what we read and see in the media, etc. And the reasons that I see dont seem to justify this 'hatred' of her.

We dont really know what it's like to be a celebrity and public figure and how difficult it is to stay popular and survive (so to speak) in the industry. Especially since, I admit, her voice isnt exactly out-of-the-ordinary good. (Well, some would say it's not even decent, but that is personal opinion...) So Jolin (and her team) probably thinks that, to stay popular, she has to play up to the camera and the audience by dressing up, styling and makeuping herself (aka what some of you prob see as fake?) and also put on a good show by not wearing much to be sexy or appealing. (Dont we all like it when Jay takes his shirt off??) I mean, i'm not saying it's totally the right thing to do but Im not sure if she would still be so popular if she stuck with the "good girl" image? (I seem to notice a lot of singers ditching that image to be a "bad girl")

And about her voice...well, not every singer needs to have the best voice to be a singer. That doesnt make me hate her...I still enjoy listening to, singing and occasionally dancing - badly - to her songs.

The author started by introducing herself as a volunteer for World charity, and also a University student. Because of her school social group, she participated in the charity event combining 9 schools held on 21 May at a record company. There is an autograph session for Jolin at 2pm that day. Around 1.30pm, a man came over identifying himself as a staff of the record company, said that he could bring a helper in to let Jolin sign the “Love Bread”. That was because Vivian Hsu and Zhang Ke Fan had signed on it before. And because at that time Vivan did not have any money on her and her publicist was not around, she has thus signed the bread and it was later auctioned off for $1000, and Zhang Ke Fan also donated $500 without hesitation (and signed the bread too). Thus, this time they hope to be able to bring in more funds for the charity by doing this.

So the man brought the student to Jolin’s front, passing the entire crowd waiting for her autograph. The moment she opened her mouth and identify herself, Jolin’s publicist started scolding her. “Is this the time for donation?” “How did you come in, what’s wrong here, to beg for money?” x 2

After that, the publicist angrily pushed her bread and donation box to one side, looking at her like she is some kind of beggar. Jolin also wore a “look down on you” (not sure if this is correct) kinda look on her face. The student was already very angry, but because she is a helper of the charify organization; she decided to hold down her temper.

Just as she was to leave the venue, another staff came running to her (maybe knowing what had just happened). And grabbed her to Jolin’s front again exclaiming, “Jolin, hurry! This is $300 put it in (the donation box), take a picture! Hurry!” Jolin immediately displayed her mega watt smile and put the money in, and that staff took out another $30 to donate in an act to show sincerity?

Here are the views of the author:
1) We were not the ones to offer to go to them first, and it was them who invited us in. We did not force them to make any donation, let alone bother them, but their fierce attitude plus unfriendly expression, really $%#$%#&*

2) What’s wrong with Jolin and her publicist, we are not beggars. And they tried to chase me away? Don’t even know the basic principle of being a person!!

3) Too fake!? Using the World Charity for publicity?! Chased me away then called me back again to let Jolin donate money, is $300 that great? I am just trying to do my part for charity but what’s her attitude?!Even Vivian and Ke Fan did their part and donated + sign bread, but what did she do? Treat us as beggars.

But having to experience it first hand myself, it was still very shocking. I still felt unhappy until now. When I returned to my post, I was really going to burst with anger, and tears quickly came out, I was angered by Jolin. Hi everyone, I am originally a Jolin fan, until she did something to me yesterday. I will never ever be her fan again, instead I’ve turn anti-Jolin. I guess a lot of people do not know that a lot of anti-Jolin people were originally her supporters first. Why did it turn out this way? Before I was an anti, I thought about it before but never quite figured it out. But now I understood! That is because all these were caused by Jolin herself!

You may or may not believe what I’m going to say now, or even scold me if you want, it’s up to you. But I believe in the truth, nothing but the true fact. And the fact is, she really did it.

I am a staff of XX company and yesterday was the Golden Melody Award show. As expected, I would go backstage to help out now and then. When I wanted to visit the ladies (for public), I found it extremely crowded. Thus, I decided to check out the ladies (for artistes) instead! The moment I went in, I bumped into Jolin! Of course, I was so happy I even forgot I was supposed to relieve myself. Just when I was to greet her, she instead talked to me first.

“You are dirty! Do you know this is the toilet for artistes?”

Since I was working backstage and required to move things and about, naturally I was a bit dirty. Thus, I nodded my head.

“You stink! Please keep away from me, don’t you know who I am?” Jolin distorted while raising her eyebrows, arms folded in front of her breasts.

I was shocked!

“I am a backstage worker, of course I do get dirty. Do you expect me not to visit the toilet?” I replied unhappily.

“Are backstage workers so great? If not for us artiste around, you people would not have any jobs at all. Please do not block my path.” With that, Jolin left the toilet.

Just as she was stepping out, she almost fell from tripping a cable, and I was still thinking of going forward to help her when I heard her said, “SHIT!!Stupid award show! How can it do without me? Everybody else is garbage.”

My heart froze, why did things turn out this way? I went back to my post and discussed this incident with my colleague for a while, but found out this was actually old news amongst the workers! Jolin treats herself high and almighty just because she is deemed the lady killer of young teenagers.

Actually I used to like Jolin since her release of her 72 changes album but as time passes, I began to hate her. She is too proud and arrogant and I don't like people with this type of character. After that, I found that she is so ugly!!!!! YUCKS!!!! :oops: And after seeing the "Post your BEST Jolin Pics" thread, I hate her totally. Also, she always copies Ayumi and she does not have her own uniqueness.......

Regarding the two articles about Jolin, I wonder if it is this really true. If it is, then shame on Jolin!!!!!! How can a popular singer do this???? :crazy:

hmm well I duno how accurate the article is..but I have my reasons why I dont' "like" her..
..it's her voice..she really is NOT talented at all..I mean if you are a singer, you need to at least be able to sound good when you sing, but to me, her voice is very rashy and harsh and really isn't as pleasant as the CD sounds. I like her songs tho, they got a good beat, but it would be better if they were sung by someone else. Other than that, I really dont' have a "good" reason not to like her, but as the audience, I like to be impressed by the singer's talent FIRST and then their looks..etc..

okay...if those articles are actually true [ we'll never know ] then i hate jolin more than i've ever hated any other artist. [ and i do very well with hate, trust me ]

but even if those articles aren't true. i have to say that i don't like her. because her singing is awful. like...i know there are plenty of singers out there who don't have sensational voices...but jolin's voice....i hear it and i'm like "((grimace)) who killed a chicken?" i personally don't think its that pretty. and then there's the fact...that she just seems like a naturally arrogant person. and well...what else is there to say? self explanatory right?

the thing with liking or not like a celebrity because of their public actions or personality is that none of us will actually ever know her. the only thing we can judge upon is what the newspapers tell us. and what she does herself. so...this is basically a dead matter of opinions and interpretations.

i didn't like her costume @ the cctv chinese new year show. and the make up...just...no.

OMFG you are SO right. A lot of girls ARE jealous of the relationship between Jay and Jolin. Of course, Jay has already admitted a love interest, or so I have heard, to some reporter of something. when i first saw jolin, i thought she was a pretty much sweet girl. very pretty. sings well. the "shuo ai ni" and "72 bian" i love those songs. but like when i started to like jay and all the rumours of him and jolin started rising, i didnt like jolin. i dont HATE jolin. i just dislike her. i have no idea why. but afterall for now, im OK with her. its just those fans who started criticising after that chou-hou affair thing. so yeaa. thats my point of view.

WOW..... u've said what i wanted to say, that's what i think too....

If u think from only one point of view, u'll always think that when girls hate girls, there can only be one reason-jealous, which may not be true. There are just too many reasons to dislike/hate one person. Yes, we may not know her or talk to her before, but as a singer, i dont see the basic good points in her. A singer should at least be able to sing if he/she's not able to compose or dance. He/she should also not have many bad points like heavily relying on another person to gain fame, and denying/lying that he/she is popular is because of themselves. She cant compose, as all of us know, as for her singing skills, i dont think she's very good.
I already dont like her before i like Jay, therefore i dont think i am jealous of her. If u say im jealous of her, why dont I find myself jealous of Patty, who's CONFIRMED to be together with Jay? Double J relationship is not even confirmed and both the victims already denied that, why would i, or others, be jealous of her then? The reasons i dislike her are very simple, and these reasons are the basic things u would spot on a person easily, even without being his/her friend. These are enough for me to dislike him/her, so what's more about talking with her only to discover that i dont like her.

Also, i dont see only girls dislike/hate Jolin, even BOYS dislike her too. If u dont know, there are a lot of boys who dont like her too. the reasons i heard from my male friends who dont like her are 'arrogant' , 'proud' and 'copycat'.

As this is open to discussion, a lot of what I'm reading still doesn't convince me that a lot of people hate Jolin due to jealousy.

All your information are linking to news articles, magazine articles and all of which are rumours. Jolin herself aren't creating these rumours and I'm sure neither Jolin or Jay liked the rumours assuming there wasn't anything between them.

So really, I think it's a huge misunderstanding and people are shifting the blame to Jolin instead of the media. I mean many of you are saying you hate Jolin because she can't sing or dance but that doesn't justify why you'd bash her in an article involving "double J" because she had nothing to do with the article. It is the media who is stirring that kind of stuff up.

She's certainly not the best dancer or the best singer, but I think she's cute and enjoyable to watch, plus she and Jay make lovely music together, I wouldn't mind another 'Hai Dao' or 'Bu La Ge Guang Chang' in the near future :D

im not a huge fan of jolin but i think she is ok
there will always be singers that are more beautiful, better dancers etc....
but she has her originality and some of her songs are quite catchy (see my 72changes, hai dao)
the only thing i don't understand is how some people say shes chubby.....
she's wayyy skinny in my opinion but i guess some ppl are luckily thin enough to say jolin is fat

True Singerchick!! People sort of are bias when facing the person they like. Still, the way Jolin acts is really annoying. In concerts, she when fans hand her flowers, she just ignores it and throws them on the ground. ( I saw this part when i attended one of those Tong yi SHou Ge) concerts with Jay, Jolin, Gigi, eVonne, Nicholas, SHE etc. I really feel sorry for fans, i mean, how much money they had to spend buying her flowers and knitting her scarfs. Then, what do they get, their fav idol throwing it on the ground!! I feel so lucky that I am a fan of jay, since he is so nice to all fans.

Yeah, the music industry or even filming industry is all not fair. What can we do, at least some are fair!! Personally think it also depend on chance, there are so many normal people that are good singers or actors not know on screen, its those with luck that become famous. Everyone is realy waiting for their lucky day!!

I never liked Jolin because her songs just aren't that nice to hear. There are a few good ones, yeah - the ones Jay composed for her.

Another factor of my dislike was the rumours of Jay and Jolin being a couple that placed Jay in an undeserving bad light and some made it look like Jolin was a sort of unfortunate victim. Sheesh.

But then, I have to admit Jolin dancing skills isn't that bad. Even though it is quite revolting sometimes when she moves her hands all over her own body as if she's some sort of sex toy :oops:

I know a lot of guys are nuts over her. The reason is obvious.
As for girls, some like her 'barbie doll'ness. Yuck.

I totally replied in this thread over three years ago but my opinion's changed so here's another response! hahaha

I've never really hated her. I didn't like her a few years ago because it seemed like her singing skills were mediocre and she couldn't do much else. But then around the time she released Castle, I realized that she is actually pretty good at singing. I think a lot of people mistake their dislike of her voice for "inability to sing". I think her singing voice is definitely an acquired taste but it doesn't mean she can't sing. Plus she's also improved a lot in terms of singing, as well as/especially dancing. I admire her for working so hard to improve herself and her music.

Howeverrr I still haven't been able to LIKE her. She doesn't seem to have much personality, like she isn't very charming or likeable when she goes on TV shows.

By the way, a lot of you guys' reasons for disliking her aren't very rational. Her getting plastic surgery shouldn't be a reason to hate her. I myself don't doubt she's gotten plastic surgery but I don't lose respect for her because of it.

I've read some of the posts that others made and the one that bugs/pisses me the most is people saying Jolin's copying Ayumi Hamasaki which is completely BULLSH*T. The worst thing is that they are saying shes copying Ayumi for the most common SH*T ever, like the nail and the hair. How exactly is she copying her? cause I don't see it.

First off nail art is really popular and extremely popular in Japan thats why theres something called Japanese Nail Art, so why would does it have to be her copying Ayumi. Ayumi's nails are so pretty and some of Jolin's nails are ugly so how are you going to compare her nails to Jolin's, Personally if I were to say Jolin was copying nail from someone I'd say it would be Kumi Koda because they both have really long and sometimes really ugly nails.

The second thing, the hair. Cyndi Wang, Kumi Koda, Elva Hsiao, etc. all have/had the same hair style if they let it down so why won't you accuse any of them of copying Ayumi. Jolin's hair is like almost the same as Kumi Koda they both have short hair without extention, weaves, or whatever you call it and when they do they always have long extentions but its noticeable that they are extentions (you know what I mean?).

So why are some of you hating Jolin for something she did not do. I've noticed a big change in Jolin but that still doesn't make her a biter or anything does it? The people who always say her voice is so annoying and ugly, I've tried listening to her tracks over and over and I still don't know why you think she has a horrible voice, is it because your hatred towards her is clouding your judgment or is it something else?

Basicially, If you hate her cause shes "copying" Ayumi, I just think your nothing but a hater. I mean why Ayumi, Why wouldn't you say she's copying Kumi Koda instead since they have more things in common. I'm not saying Jolin is copying Kumi, I'm just saying why is Jolin being accuse for copying someone that doesn't have anything that look like her.

Actually i prefer the Jolin last time than now..when she was releasing her "Bu la ge guang cang" that album..because last time she looked like very humble, shy, reserved (just like the past Jay)..
but now..i think she have changed too much..her make-up and stuffs..even her music..how she perform and sing..made me feel that she is over-doing..too exaggerate ..

I agree. I actually liked her and her songs during the "Bu La Ge Guang Cang" era/perioud. She seemed really down to earth. why hate jolin it is because that she is the face of mainstream music---just pumping out hits which arent even worth a listen---only listen when you want to fit and dont feel like thinking....she cant sing well---medicore.....have crass, cheap nails with all the diamantes on it...grot....jolin is not a trendsetter unlike ayumi hamasaki...jolin just imitates western style and other artists while jay chou and ayumi hamasaki sets the sytle---they reinvented music while jolin just follow along with her over-the-top sugar coated songs like a wonder in madrid.....ive only liked her songs when jay wrote/composed them...like with shuo ai ni...i was like its a good song and it turns out to be jays work.
dancing diva---what a laugh the next ablum will be a hit to sheeps (followers of our society)...jolin is praised more for being pretty and dancing than singing...DOESNT THAT SAY SOMETHING?!...shes suppose to be a singer but is mediocore AND SHES GETTING WORST.... i bet she spends more time learning dance routines than singing....like if you've seen the shou ai ni mv...omfg....lets just say those dance moves...i learnt them when i as in primary school...

There are some things that can be exempted. For example, the black gown that they wore for some red carpet or important events. But the glove, the earrings, the 3"t-shirts are no exception. Please don't tell me it's just some coincidence. I won't say jolin copies ayumi. I would only rephrase it as "Ayumi is a trendsetter and Jolin is just a singer that admires Ayumi". It is not like Ayumi doesn't follow from any singer at all.

I'm trying to sound as not an attack towards Jolin as I can. But there are just too many "coincidences" for me not to believe about it.

i know exactly why i don't like her and why i can't be neutral either. i think she's pretty but sometimes there's just so many things i hear about her...and if i were a fan, i wouldn't believe them easily, but i'm NOT a fan so...yeah. plus i don't like her music. i mean, they're not that bad, but everybody likes their own typ and her's is just NOT my type. the only one's i really like, listened to more than once were the ones Jay helped her out with..and the fact is--> they were by JAY!

hardwork by any artiste is appreciated . i accept jolin when jay's songs are in her albums.
dancing diva is packaged for ppl who like happy /fast music . ok. but her dancing --- those yoga/acrobatics at her concert ----- looks painful amateurish acts .
choreography in concert is to make songs more attractive but her isolated yoga/acrobatics seems like a display of her physical trainings. yes, madonna also does yoga in her concerts but her acts flows into the songs - sexy and interesting - not painful to see. maybe is should not blame jolin but her choreograhers for their poor job. also as mentioned , maybe more effort could be spent improving her skill as a singer .

Well for me, I started off feeling okay for her, i bought her first album and all, and I liked her singing. However, once she started to go into the sexy style, it just didn't work out. Not all artists who go into the sexy type actually fit well with me. Some of them who try going sexy, end up going the wrong way instead (of which i won't mention because it isn't very nice). And its not like they can help it I guess.

I kinda like Jolin, I listen to her songs, I watch her dance, BUT I hate her giant boobs and plastic face. She's definitely done something to her face! And the issue with her boobs is a no brainer. Definitely not acupuncture! -_-

And I don't really think she dances like oh so fantabulously well. It's just mediocre at best. And very stiff at that.

If you just watch part 1/10 when Jolin talks she just does not make sense. She talks REALLY slow like she has nothing good to say at all but she tries to sound like she has a lot to say. I can't stand her how she just sits there and laugh, and I can't believe Rainie thinks Jolin is better than her!!! It's so sad that Jolin can be so popular and make everyone feel that she is the best. omg i didn't even hear about her saying she "really" dated jay to the media...UGH WHAT an AWFUL WOMAN!!! i swear i hated and i will always hate her. she is soooooooo full of her self. seriously just like elena_jay said i hate herrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!! :-x

oh and i do remember when she was filming that one video with ed in it...mr q or something in a interview she was like "ooomg he is like, so hott, blah blah blah" and acted as if something did happen after they filmed the video...i mean i like ed and all but HER. UGH!!!!!!!!

Yes, she did 'confirm' that they did 'date'. And she painted herself as the pitiful victim that was betrayed and lied to by jay. All of a sudden, after 3 years?

Whatever. I used to think she was quite dumb, now not quite so lah, cos she knows how to manipulate media quite well. She doesn't want to be asked about edison chen, no problem!!!! She will hide behind jay! Let both he and edison be condemned as players, and she will remain the innocent and helpless victim and get sympathy from all her adoring fans.

She will get none from me man :(

What a hypocrite! I've honestly tried to like this woman because of her close association with our man (a few years ago). But I must say she seems viscious and manipulative and tries to sell her own manufactured pop by making Jay look an arsehole! And I do believe she was involved in the Edison Chen scandal, but just tried to cover it up well by badmouthing our man! I also feel she was never a true friend/girlfriend of Jay, just someone who used him to advance her own career and then drop him like a hot potato when it was just as convienient!

Before I get started, let me say something: I know a lot of people will say that if I don't like someone, it's because I haven't listened to them. This isn't the case with Jolin. At first, I liked her. Then, it dawned on me that I didn't like her for her voice or pretty much anything else about her. I liked the compositions of a few of her songs. When I looked harder, I realized almost all of the songs I liked were composed by Jay. To be perfectly clear: I listened to Jolin, but not for Jolin. I listened for Jay's music, and now that Jay doesn't compose for her, there's nothing to like for me. Can you believe she recently released a compilation of her "hit songs" and none of them were the ones Jay composed?! Not a single one of them, and the cover is freaky. She has freaky light blue hair and you can't see any clothes on her.

I hate Jolin's voice! It's so weak, and it's not like she makes up for it with originality or by contributing her own compositions. I don't get why people would like her voice at all.

Worse yet, she's released an album in English! It's awful! She's ruined some of those songs for me, because I actually used to like "Love Fool"! Her English is bad! Is it really true that she majored in English? It seems like a total waste, since her English is not good.

She also looks so fake! She has red hair and blue eyes now?! Is anyone supposed to believe that's how she naturally looks? Give me a break! She's also as skinny as a twig and dresses like a stripper. I don't like the tattoo, either. Her eyes are too big, she must use those stickers, and her teeth are huge, LOL! They remind me of horse teeth. She just uses sex to sell albums, though. I feel sorry for Jay because people actually thought they were dating, and she's only been nasty to him since then. Jay hasn't said anything bad about her, as far as I can tell. Maybe he's just trying to be polite.

i went to her concert before and her dance moves were all dirty dancing. her poledancing was like a stripper's. I wouldn't have went to her concert if i've known her dance moves were dirty. most of her recent music videos are pretty dirty and sexual. I liked her back then because she was innocent. The sexy type doesn't really fit her. I have to agree: her english album was horrible!! It was a waste since it had bad ratings.

I was going to say also that I don't like her image at all as I'm not a fan of anyone who acts the bimbo to sell albums. She's in her late twenties now and I still feel acts very childishly for someone of that age. I do have the strong feeling that she is a complete maneater and tries to manipulate them because it's just a big game to her. I'm sure she uses the likes of Stanley Huang, Edison Chen, Show Luo and Leehom just to make Jay jealous! She obviously still wants him (I do believe they were together at some point in the past, but all the details online seem very vague) but he wants nothing to do with her now because of her endless snide remarks. Even if he did dump her for Hou (or so she claims) she could have done the dirty on him first and pushed him practically into Patty's arms. I know some perceive Hou as a fake Miss Goody Two Shoes, but in my book I will always prefer her with our man than Ms. Tsai. Although this is old news now and Jay seems to have moved on with Jessie. Of course, I won't know for sure, but from what I have heard I think they are together and smitten with each other, but just don't want it to be everyone's business. Good luck to them whatever.

I read recently in the Taipei Times Pop Stop column that her current song (Real Man, I think) was another one bashing our man. The paper in question seems to be one that has it in for Jay as he is always referred to in condescending tones as a rat and two timer. Also Jolin has been harping on about this for years now and I really think she needs to move on for her own good. This kind of attitude will not endear her to anyone and if I'm entirely honest, I hope her career goes down the toilet soon. I don't know how she has the nerve be so spiteful to someone she used to care about a few years ago.
