my computer cant see the chinese characters... advices anyone?

My computer doesnt seem to beable to comprehend chinese characters and all i ever see are a bunch of question marks where the chinese part of lyrics are. Does anybody know where i can get a chinese computer comprehender or something like that?

Well of course you computer can't see chinese characters. It doesn't even have eyes of its own. :dry:
