Tried to start this topic in another category but was told that this is a more appropriate forum for it... so here goes another time.
Are there any fans from NY that's over the age of 20? The other NY thread is full of people that are still in their teens... any young professionals or post-collegiate people out on this forum?
I'm dying of boredom at work today... :shy:

Are you working in Queens?
Unfortunately I work at a bank and our computers are firewalled from just about everything (except, of course, JCNET)... so I can't play music neither. You'd think in this time and age that our computers would have CD players but we only have a floppy drive!
I can only listen to my Ipod when the supervisors aren't lurking.

LOL ... I have Jay loaded into the media player and it's on full-blast, at least in my earphones. Actually I work in the City too ... I live in Qnz though cuz buying an apartment in Mnhtn is ridiculous... I'm in a financial consulting gig that hardly piques my interest, but it pays the bills. Nothing to report from Penn Station, without looking, I'm sure it's just a bunch of trains coming and going... where r u at?

I'm by Times Sq, near Rockefeller Center. I'm in Corporate Banking myself... not interesting and yes, pays the bills haha.
I also live in Queens... just bought a place in Fresh Meadows actually. I would never want to live in the city though... I think that once you move there you'll never leave for the suburbs, out of convenience, but I wouldn't want all the noise and expenses that the city has to offer!
Have a great weekend, "meet" you here on Monday? Haha

I work from home (Morningside Heights) and listen to Jay all day. Sometimes I miss going into the office, but I'm allowed to blast my music and look at the forums without the risk of being reprimanded or fired.
