Hello, maybe you should check up a bit on your facts first? Whatever gave you the idea that Singapore puts people in jail for chewing gum? Chewing gum is banned FOR SALE in Singapore, but it can still be bought from overseas and consumed in the country. You get a fine if you dump your gum improperly, but you get fined for littering anything anyway. So please don't make false assumptions about my country's laws.

As for your gripes about the admins in this forum, I personally think they're doing a great job. Simply because they enforce their rules, this site isn't a total mess. You can easily find whatever you want in the clearly-defined sub-forums. Other forums I've been to are so messy, all their threads and topics are jumbled up, it's very frustrating going through everything.

And the most important thing is, when the mods are strict, people don't dare to come in here and cause trouble. Everyone is friendly, polite and open - which is as it should be, because interacting on the Internet is no different from interacting in real life. Just because you're anonymous behind a computer doesn't give you the right to be rude to others, just as how you won't be rude in real life.

Some forums consist of nothing but trolls and flamers, it's just fantastic being in a forum where most of the people are nice. I'm sorry you can't appreciate this fact. In fact, you sound like one of the very kind of people this forum has successfully kept out thus far in order to provide a fun Jay experience for all.

By the way, there are (I believe) more than 10,000 people registered with this forum, and all of us were newbies before. If 10,000 people can follow the rules happily and have fun here, and accept it graciously when they make mistakes and their posts were removed/moved/closed, why can't you?
