"I rudely predict that this album will not only be nominated for the Golden Melody Award (as much nomination from Fantasy), Ye Hui Mei will gain more award than Fantsy... 　　雖然網友在官網上投票，喜歡他專輯裡的「東風破」、「晴天」居多，不過周杰倫自己最喜歡跟人推薦的歌曲 卻是「懦夫」、「她的睫毛」跟「三年二班」。周杰倫說，「懦夫」是他嘗試「聯合公園」這種重搖滾嘻哈曲風的 「變形」。「『懦夫』這首歌是我注意到聯合公園這種曲風很不錯，但重搖滾不是很適合我，所以做一些改變，比 較沒有這麼重搖滾，而且找來小孩子唱RAP，很屌吧！」
Even though people on the internet voted that they liked dong feng po and qing tian better, but Jay likes promoting nuo fu, her eyelashes and san nian er ban. Jay said that he got the idea of nuo fu from likin park... He noticed about likin park's special 曲風??? Melody??? But he said that heavy metal doesnt quite suit him, so he changed it and made it not as heavy, and even got a kid to sing the rap... very 'diao' right???

As to san nian er ban's Jay's happy about it bcoz of the ping pong sound effect.(He ranked basketball first, then ping pong then pool.) One day he was competing ping pong with fan wan shan, suddenly the tempo of the ball gave him the inspiration to write this song.: 'i'm good at ping pong, a few days ago competed against the national ping pong player.Dunno if everybody seen it, it's very diao'. As to the song her eyelashes, Jay changed the way he sings. " everybody thinks i can only sing R&B, wrong... i give u an English rock and roll song. The front part made may dj thought it was an foreign song....

oohh! thanks for the translation! this kinda clarifies the similarities with nuo fu and likin park. so jay was inspired by likin park and not COPIED them.

To tell you guys the truth I dont quite like SAN NIAN ER BAN. But I like the ping pong effect on it too.
Maybe jay knows that ppl will love QING TIAN and DONG FENG PO, that's why he rather promote the other songs of the album, so that ppl wont get tired of listening to those two songs.

I personally love NI TING DE DAO.

i agree with litzsumi....jay just knows the taste of the general fans population, fans would mostly like songs like qing tian and dong feng bo, so he compose those for everyone's acceptance. but personally , he himself would love san nian er ban......but i believe we also like what jay likes.....it seems that lots of ppl also likes san nian er ban and nuo fu. its kinda funny, jay;s songs all has this special effect......at the beginning when he listen to his CD we will prefer songs like qing tian then later on.....as u listen more and more......u will like songs like san nian er ban or ti tian or ta de jie mao more......so in the end , we will most probably like all of it, thats why i think jay is great......how can he create something that so many pple can like it at once.......that no easy task, he is just talented and he understands the need to capture a huge crowd by radio friendly hits first , then later as the listener goes on listening, they will realise that the other tracks are unique in their own way. and i m really amazed at how little things stir up inspirations in him? thats why he can write so many songs and all has a certain level of standard......in just a year......he is just great.

nowadays i always hear these two songs and Ai Qing Xuan Ya without getting bored...

sometimes i also think that these two songs are a bit better than Qing Tian ... when u c the lyrics , u wil feel that the lyrics are really meaningful...

i know jay preferred 'nuo fu' and 'san nian er ban' in ye hui mei cause he kept introducing these two songs to other people..guess he thought that these two songs are very unique songs which he managed to create..i don't know whether it's because of the MTV asia music awards that he got the chance to meet up with linkin park and heard their style of music, which inspired him to do a song similar to their music? it's clever of him to think of adding a child's light voice to smoothen out 'nuo fu'...dun want his songs to be too heavy like linkin park(with all the shouting and everything)..
and to read about him saying that he is confident bout winning more awards at the golden melody awards...that's good.. :happy: i personally feel that this album is the best of all his albums(not to say that his past albums r not good)..he will definitely win big at the next golden melody awards!!!

I think Yi Fu Zhi Ming is the best song to date. It's sooo creative and unpredictable. It practically changed non-fans into fans.

I loveeed 8D, and i was surprised it didnt' win any award. I know that this year, jay would surely win loads of trophys.
