F.I.R.的緣起
於是，兩年前，建寧老師毅然決然婉拒所有唱片公司的請託，停止創作製作，重新思考定位自己的音樂生命。終於他決定回歸大學時代的音樂熱忱，組自己的樂團，走向幕前，做自己想做的音樂。

究竟是一個什麼樣的樂團？什麼樣的精神？在決定出發的時候，樂團的藍圖就已經深植在建寧老師的心中，他希望那他雙撫摸琴鍵與吉他弦的雙手，能夠流洩出一種音樂，表達出存在這個世代對人類、心理、社會、宗教的種種理想。他要將來自世界各地屬於各國文化的聲音做為素材，融合出自己對生命、對這片土地的看法，創造出與現代浮華流行音樂不同的作品。為此，一段尋覓的過程就此展開…

滴水凝聚穿石的力量
‧尋找主唱
主唱是一個樂團精神傳達的靈魂人物，用聲音直接表達所有的意念，因此，挑選主唱的過程是相當慎重的…

多年來，儘管工作再忙碌，建寧老師從來不願意放棄到各大專院校擔任歌唱比賽評審的機會，因為學生時代的他，就是因著轉戰大大小小的歌唱比賽而獲得唱片公司老闆青睞，順利踏入了流行音樂界，將興趣變成自己的工作，他一直相信自己是幸運的，所以更希望用自己的力量，建立更多開放的管道、更多的機會讓對音樂有熱忱有才華的年輕人都能得到發揮的空間。秉持著這個理念，在經歷多場比賽評選的過程中，他累積了許多口袋人選，也從中找尋許多合適的聲音，前前後後將近十多位優秀的女主唱來試音，卻總未能如意。直到腦海中忽然響起一個很有靈性的聲音，他想起多年前在某次比賽中曾經遇見的Faye。經過幾番測試後，Faye以她敏銳的音樂性以及獨具靈性又能駕馭自如，讓音樂創作發揮極致的嗓音，得到主唱的位置。

近年來，偶像歌手大行其道，歌唱的功力不敵實力派歌手，因此有許多創作人的優秀作品，常面臨歌手無法駕馭而失去發表的機會，但是Faye的歌唱實力不會受限於任何的音樂型態，她的聲音充滿著發自內心的生命力量，從她口中唱出即使是簡單的吟唱，總令人有一種渾然天成的讚嘆，她超乎預期的完成了建寧老師對這個團在音樂創作上的所有想法。

‧找另一個音樂夥伴－吉他手
在確定主唱之後，建寧老師又開始搜尋許多幕後的優秀音樂人，其中不乏其好友－深白色的簡孟頤，就是希望能找到一個志同道合的音樂夥伴，一同實踐音樂的理想。在經歷了七八次的篩選審核後，最後決定培植自己旗下的詞曲創作學生－黃漢青，他是輔大青韻獎的歌曲創作冠軍得主，也獲得最佳歌曲詮釋的獎項，選擇他成為團體第三個夥伴，除了他年輕帥氣的外型之外，能寫、能彈、能唱的音樂天分與才華，更讓建寧老師刮目相看，相信他就是下一個世代最具潛力的音樂人！他的加入，讓F.I.R.在音樂上能跨越兩個世代的菁華，碰撞出更燦爛的火花。

魔鬼訓練的展開
在一段不算短的尋覓過程後，團員終於底定，然而這個團體的成型，所有的理想與藍圖都在建寧老師的腦海中，為此，如何讓具有創作力的三個人能夠共同將這個團體成團的精神轉化成成熟的音樂作品，一連串魔鬼計畫的訓練就此展開…

訓練的過程中，為了整合三人的默契，建寧老師長時間凝聚三人，閉關創作，溝通撞擊音樂的火花，從而創作出了 30餘首三人都相當自豪的作品。

更由於建寧老師一向的高標準要求，為了能完整表達這個團體的角色形象定位，肢體表演的練習、媒體的應對，乃至生活細節的種種表現，都在建寧老師嚴格的要求下，團員經歷著夾雜汗水與淚水的磨練，終於獲得了令三人滿意的代價。

與國際接軌的力量

Jianning Chen, a pop music market creator and producer, in his ten years with musical notes, focused on specializing their album's theme song, became a popular producer in the entertanment industry. At the same time, he was the producer for many well known groups like S.H.E., Chou Hui, Rene Liu, William So, Victor Huang, etc. He is known for works that emotionally touch people's heart. Thus, in the course of 10 years of production, the company has constantly asked him to create and produce detailed and intricate songs. But through the process, he has constantly been restricted by the direction or marketing of the album. He was forced to put aside his creative ideas and abided all of the record company's requests. Watching the company repeat the same patterns over and over to the point where not only the consumer, but even the musician himself feels annoyed. To teacher Jianning, the passion he had for music, he who proceeded into this this business without any hesistation, deeply felt he was further and further away from music. Slowly, the feeling of helplessness and emptiness kept on rising to the point he was about to drown. Finally, he decided to stop to think about his target, and his growing desire to create F.I.R. slowly grew.

For many years, despite how busy he was, teacher Jianning never gave up his chance in being a judge for any singing contests because when he was a student, he was acknowledged through singing contests and successfully entered the world of music. He always believed he was lucky in being able to make his interest his job. So he wished to use his own power to open up more pathways and chances for youngsters that have the passion and talent to create a space to express themselves. Holding onto this belief, through the various contests he judged in, he acquired a pocketfull of potential candidates and found many voices that fit. He auditioned many (10+) talented females, but was unsatisfied until he suddnly remembered a voice with a soul. He remembered many years ago, he met Faye. After various tests, Faye got the lead singer position with her sharp musical talent and unique soul along with her talent in easily controlling her voice to express the music created.

After confirming the lead singer, teacher Jianning started searching for talented backstage msuicians. One of them included his good friend, deep blue Jian Mong Yi. Hoping to find a partner with the same ideals to make their dreams come true. After going through seven or eight auditions, he finally decided to train his student that composes music & writes lyrics - Huang Han Qing. He won the Fu Jen College music award for music composition and got the best song interpretation award. He was chosen as the third partner not only because he was young and cute; can write, play, and sing music; and has talent & ability in music; but what really made teacher Jianning choose him is because he believes that Huang Han Qing will be the musician with the most potential in the next generation. Letting him join will let F.I.R.'s music cross two generations and create a magnificient spark between them.

After spending time searching, the members have finally been set yet everything about the group's ideal and blueprint is in teacher Jianning's mind. For this, how do you let three composers transform the spirit into a mature musical piece together? A list of plans for the deadly training begins...

訓練的過程中，為了整合三人的默契，建寧老師長時間凝聚三人，閉關創作，溝通撞擊音樂的火花，從而創作出了 30餘首三人都相當自豪的作品。
Through the process of training, in order to increase the understanding between the members, teacher Jianning spent along time with the other 2 members composing music, communicating, and creating sparks between each other. From this, they created 30+ compositions that the three are fairly proud of.

更由於建寧老師一向的高標準要求，為了能完整表達這個團體的角色形象定位，肢體表演的練習、媒體的應對，乃至生活細節的種種表現，都在建寧老師嚴格的要求下，團員經歷著夾雜汗水與淚水的磨練，終於獲得了令三人滿意的代價。
Due to teacher Jianning's high expectations, in order to fully express the band member's roles, they practiced moves, how to deal with media. Even the detailed lifestyle expressions were under teacher Jianning's strict control. After everything was set, the next step would be to move towards the big stage. In all the record companies, Warner International Music really liked F.I.R.'s music concept and promisedto fully support F.I.R.'s unlimited music power. Jianning Chen, a famous producer and composer in the pop music market that has released various works with 40+ theme songs like A-mei Chang's "Blue Sky," Jacky Cheung's "letting you go," Stefanie Sun's "Love starts with zero," Chou Hui's "I want to love you well," Chiang Mei Chi's "I thought of you again," William So's "stopping sadness," etc. Besides this, he was also producer for singers like S.H.E., Chou Hui, Rene Liu, William So, Victor Huang, etc. He has made 30+ albums and is a music person full of color. Guitar: Real (Huang Han Qing - A Qing)Huang Han Qing created the pseudonym A Qing because he likes the feeling of the word Qing. Through time, people got used to calling him by his pseudonym. A Qing had a high artistic talent since he was a child. In elementaryschool, he won the country-wide champion for western drawing. In high school, he was totally absorbed in the musical world. After joining the guitar club, he sang in restaurants despite the high pressures for college. In college, A qing roamed between various music clubs and his musical talents greatly increased. He often uses visual and colors to think of music. By changing his feelings by switching between 2 instruments, piano & guitar, he is able to write hundreds of songs in a short time.
