Why is Jay suddenly so open???

Like now, in all of his MV's he's kissing and doing close douching scences.....

hmm i think it is because the director want it, at first yeah i got a little bit mad and always shout "GIVE ME MY SHY JAY BACK" but now i think it's for his best too, and i have to admit those MVs are totally gorgeous, new impression? maybe, but remember Jay is still a shy boy and it will never change... :)

Yeah, agree with aina. It's just his job. He is being professional. I think he still has his shyness in him, it's just that after a while, he will get over it and get on with his work. I don't mind him being so opened, b'coz I can see that it's still in between certain boundaries. The kiss in Qing Tian was like a peck anyway, no tongue or passion involved, it's just like an innocent sweet kiss, which looks so romantic.

I agree with everyone, I think he's growing up professionally and he's more comfortable with himself. People needs a change sometimes, and Jay loves to surprise people too, right. So anywayz, I don't think what he did is beyond his moral or anything. It's still legal. :)

I really liked his old style but everyone needs a change. I guess his director suggested he added some variety after 3 albums of shyness, he would change his style of singing with a different image towards the public which really worked well in my opinion just that of course, everyone is adapting to the change so they would assume his old style is better.

His music is still superb especially tracks #3 and 5 on his newest album and his image is still great, afterall the girls still find him to be attractive. *Sigh* Just kidding, hehe.

Kissing scenes in MV should be viewed from a professional aspect. It' s fine as long as its required to develop the story-line in the MV. Furthermore, practise makes perfect. He might seem to be awkward with such scenes in the past but after some experiences, Jay can handle it in a more professional way now! What we see in MV might not represent his "openess" too. He must be awkward and probably asked for the gals permission before he lean over. haha. so cute.

Regarding jay's openess when it comes to answering questions or regarding his relationship, he is still pretty much reserved and doesnt really reveal all. =) He used to be more of an introvert too and he once mention that he has learned to be more relaxed and not so uptight already. Which is a positive change!

I've watched most of his MVs...and they're ALL very tame. He doesn't make out with any of the girls in his videos and they're all very sweet, puppy-love type videos. They're cute MVs! I am from the States and a lot of the MVs I see here are way more sexualized and what not. I think he's just becoming more confident in himself. I like shy Jay too, but I think it's awesome he's becoming more confident in his image and his music.
