真 係 可 以 鬥 鬥 邊 位 唱 得 好 ， 邊 隻 唱 片 聽 ！
At the same time, 4 male singers released their new albums
Since, they are so talented, and not relying on their looks (like F4?)
there is no need to compete for album cover [thou, i realli love this one :love: ] and how many presents/gifts given away with the album [the "special" edition just had that cardboard stuff]
We can actually critique on who actually sings better..better songs....which one to listen to etc......

轉 了 新 唱 片 公 司 的 周 杰 倫 ， 依 然 是 周 杰 倫 。
Although having changed companies, Jay is still Jay [of course...still diao :yeah: as ever]
新 唱 片 《 葉 惠 美 》 起 用 了 老 媽 子 真 名 做 碟 名 ， 簡 單 地 強 化 孝 順 乖 仔 形 象 。 計 歌 曲 ， 十 一 首 新 歌 全 部 自 己 創 作 ， 算 是 能 夠 在 成 功 的 方 程 式 上 繼 續 運 作 ， 希 望 先 保 持 不 敗 ， 再 說 求 突 破 。
New album "Ye Hui Mei" uses the Jay's mum name.......easily, strengthening Jay's "good boy image" [thou, everybody already knows he loves his mom eg. Volvo incident]
Counting songs, there are 11 brand new songs, all composed by Jay.....which will successfully remain the same and maybe achieve new heights
主 打 歌 《 以 父 之 名 》 電 影 感 一 流 ， 一 路 聽 ， 腦 海 一 直 有 畫 面 。 《 懦 夫 》 的 女 聲 是 跟 蔡 依 琳 的 《 布 拉 格 廣 場 》 互 相 輝 映 ？
The 1st single "In The Name of The Father" ....has really good movie feel.....when you listen, you can picture an image in your mind....
"Coward/Fool" has a girl's voice similar to Jolin "Square of Prague"
徐 若 瑄 在 上 一 次 的 《 八 度 空 間 》 失 了 ， 今 次 操 刀 填 了 一 首 《 愛 情 懸 崖 》 ，
總 覺 得 徐 氏 的 簡 單 易 懂 ， 在 周 杰 倫 、 方 文 山 一 系 列 複 雜 歌 詞 中 ， 可 以 起 一 個 調 劑 作 用 。
Last time, Vivian in 8D did not write any songs :-x ..this time round has lyricised "Love's Cliff" :thumbsup:.......which is easy but meaningful
Jay and Vincent have again striked a balance.........to create good songs
對 於 普 羅 聽 眾 來 說 ， 《 葉 惠 美 》 最 美 中 不 足 的 ， 是 缺 少 了 《 黑 色 幽 默 》 、 《 開 不 了 口 》 、 甚 至 《 分 裂 》 般 一 聽 上 心 的 情 歌 。
順 帶 一 提 ， 隨 碟 附 送 的 VCD ， 十 分 精 彩 。 《 以 父 之 名 》 和 《 雙 刀 》 的 歐 洲 外 景 電 影 化 MV 固 然 掂 ， 更 掂 的 ， 是 長 到 飛 起 的 Making of ， 有 錢 真 係 好 。
But for the ordinary, "Ye Hui Mei" is missing songs like "Black Humour" "Can't Open The Mouth" and even "Split".........songs which go to the heart [yes.......why didn't Jay write songs like those???....I miss them already :cry: ]
Worth a mention is the VCD which came with the CD......is very good as well...
"In The Name of The Father" and "Double Blades" has European influences...and the MVs are definitely more like movies than MVs..........but even better is the "Making of" which is really long.......

聽 完 《 Live For Today 》 ， 我 推 斷 陳 奕 迅 應 該 好 羨 慕 周 杰 倫 。
雖 然 未 致 於 一 年 出 五 張 唱 片 ， 但 距 離 去 年 年 底 的 新 曲 加 精 選 和 今 年 年 中 的 國 語 專 輯 ， 時 間 還 是 太 短 。 於 是 ， 十 一 首 歌 ， 感 覺 上 有 些 似 勉 強 拼 湊 而 成 。
After listening to "Live For Today"...... I would think that Eason Chan would be jealous of Jay [of course....... :laughing: ]
Well, at least not releasing 5 albums per year.......but only last year's new songs and classics compilation....the time is too short.........that's why in the 11 songs many seemed forced
