Ever feel too protective of Jay to share with your friends??

What I mean is do any of you feel like you don't want to introduce Jay to your friends if they're not going to appreciate him as much as you?? I sometimes feel like that. :blush: I know we should be spreading Jay's "word" to the world, but if they're just going to think of him as another Chinese singer, I feel they don't deserve him! :dry:

I introduce jay to who ever i can, but my sister, isn't one of those who. I'm afraid she's going to turn his songs into horrible things. Whenever she's into a song she changes the words to gay and you are. And one time she was singing, and she said that jay was gay, and she kept and saying cuz it rhymed. i dont really feel protective bout jay, cuz lets face it, more fans he´s got the better. But my cousin really irritates the hell out of me, i kinda regret that i told him bout jay. i was really fuming, and showed him couple of jay´s videos and explained that jay´s NOT a NERD, he IS gd looking (and oh-so diao :) ) and his songs are great. so ever since then, he´s been acting like a die hard jay fan, like he discovered him 1st ... not to mention that his dad sent him jay´s cd (the old one haha *evil laugh*) and he´s totally bragging bout it.
maybe it´s bit childish to feel like this, but i just cant stand him. arrgh.

I don't like listening to Jielun songs in school. Like if they play his songs during some carnival or some crap I'd be wishing that they'd turn it off. I'm sensitive to such things. I don't like listening to him amongst people who potentially cannot appreciate him. I'd get all edgy and defensive and irritated and it won't be pretty. :)

In my case, I get goosebumps whenever I hear Jay's name in here. Why? Because it isn't right. Jay sings only in Chinese and since most of his sings are GODDAMN beautiful and HELLYEAH great, some GREEDY composers might have a tendency to copy the melody and modify the lyrics to a language we can definitely understand. And sharing it with my friends proves to be implausible since they don't quite understand why I have passion for listening to someone who doesn't speak my language, so to sum it all up, I'm too protective of Jay to be shared with anybody T_T.
