Do you rewrite lyrics to Jay's songs?

i've recently taken up the hobby of rewriting lyrics to popular songs. just curious... do you guys rewrite lyrics to jay's songs? =P well, if you do, please share! here's my feeble attempt at "translating" the song "can't open mouth" (kai bu liao kou) for an english version. heehee... ^0^

i've never really done that before, but my friend and i have tried to right parodies before, she completely twisted Jian Dan ai, and An jing, it was really funny, didn't make any sense, but it was neverthless, funny. ^^;;

thats really good! i havnet yet translate the lyrics of jays songs buh ive turn the lyrics into canto..which sounds reallly funny wen u sing with the music..u should try it oneday..! wahaaahaz :laughing:

Never tried rewriting lyrics to Jay's songs too.You did a good job for rewritting your own though.Maybe if you have a chance to meet Jay,you can sing it too him.Or show it too me,but it will be best if it's in chinese of course.Great job you did with rewriting the lyrics.

yeah.. i did that before.. me and my friends we like to change lyrics of songs to suit certain events.. or when we are just bored den we just crap up some lyrics for the song... hahahaha... and we changed lyrics of jay's song before.. like jian dan ai... xing qing... ai qing xuan ya.. and so on... hahaha... all turns out kinda funny... but it's fun la.. =P

That day, i was watching "Qing Tian" MV... reminds me of my past love experience... so i re-write "Ai Qing Xuan Ya".

i never rewrite lyrics tho...i think they are fine the way it is ^^ but of course its creative to do so...but sometimes i change the words while i sing it lol...i just don't write it down and stuff

I tried to rewrite the lyrics. Only changed a few words....my friends also tried to rewrite the stuff in cantonese. We bursted out laughing cause it sounded so bad haha.

Those lyrics aren't too bad, but next time your rewriting lyrics keep letter accents in mind (k compared with s).

I was gonna rewrite "Silence" when I enterend this talent thing in Toronto but then I ran out of time...argh, didn't win either!! BOOO lol

Yeah......i do rewrite the lyrics in english sumtimes........becoz i feel that jay should sing in english too!Or maybe stick to mandarin....n be famous internationally!Yay!

hmmm^^ ur lyrics are not bad^^ But i hope it can be written in chinese^^ i've nver done it myself in writing Jay's song. but, i've ever tried to fit his lyrics into my piano songs^^ i'll post it here if i have a chance to be an pass-holder or a VIP here^^

I love to DIY Songs myself but, writing lyrics is my weak point :cry: if i can share my song + Jay lyrics, keke it would be my dream lol :laughing:
