HK997 Mandarin Awards - Jay scored 4!!

hey peeps! i know the golden melody awards left us fans kinda sad that jay went away empty-handed. but he came back strong in HK at the radio station FM99.7 Mandarin Awards (not sure if this is the english name)!! woohoo! he won 4 awards in total including:
- Top 20 Songs - "Going Back to the Past" (Hui Dao Guo Qu)
- Song of the Year - "Going Back to the Past" (Hui Dao Guo Qu)
- Best Asian Composer/Singer (along with David Tao)
- Best Asian Singer

so, don't fret, guys! jay's music is still recognized! one bad-showing at one show doesn't mean that jay is not gonna win anything this year. let's cheer him on! :D

hope you can see it. it's in chinese. jolin got top 20 songs and one of the best female singer awards along with gigi leung and kelly chen. ricky martin was there as a presenter, i think.

Though he didn't get any award for the Golden Melody Award , but he finally found himself won so many awards later on. Well done Jay.
I saw a programme that showed a picture of the dinner after Golden Melody Award, Jay had dinner with his granny. It was so sweet of him to always think of this important person. She seemed very proud of him. Sitting beside Jay, and gave the cameras a very big smile as well as Jay, thought he didn't win anything that night. :blush: :love:
