Minwoo is a ladies man, at least on stage that's how he acts. Shinhwa members call him a great friends, although I've heard rumors that he can be sorta mean to fans off-stage but hey everyone has bad days, right? He's an awesome dancer, a smooth voice, and that stage presence! He's also really funny and cute (I have a clip of him imitating xiao xing, the japanese cartoon character, and he shakes his butt at the crowd..so funny!) He's closest to Junjin in the group. His most notable features are his small eyes and his height.

Junjin-don't know too much about him, b/c I personally don't like him too much...he reminds me of one of my parents friends, so I've never found him attractive. He also has that player personality.

Eric-the one with the bad english! hahaha him and his nob liquor and toaster slapping He lived in inner LA for 8 years or something, but due to the quality of his english, I'd say that he didnt' get out much He's the one that's most looked up to, so he's the most mature one, but that doesn't mean he still doesn't have fun! He was in a long-term relationship with actress Kim Hee Sun (I think they broke up now) so he's generally wiser about life. At first when I saw Eric I thought he looked filipino...he really doesn't look korean to me! His big eyes and deep double eyelids..he can look really sexy to me sometimes with the whole wild look thing.

Hyesung-The one with the voice He's pretty feminine, and everyone makes fun of how pretty he is hehe. He's best friends with Kangta of ex-H.O.T and Lee Ji Hoon, another entertainer. I think he can be pretty moody sometimes...

Andy-he's soooooo adorable! hahaha he also lived in the US for awhile...but his english is even worse than eric's He's generally depicted as being really innocent since he's the youngest.

Dongwan-this guy looks like he has some white blood in him, maybe it's just me but if you've ever seen the Only One MV, I think you'd understand. He honestly looked white in that video! I think he has really nice features, and is very classically good-looking. He's always happy and joking, plus he's a health nut! While everyone else in Shinhwa smokes, he absolutely refuses to touch a cigarette. Due to this, he also has a very very nice body

JunJin is a real sweet guy. His looks may look like a player but his personality is nothing more than cute and funny. Together with Minwoo, theyre the cutest dorko couple on earth. You see him acting cool and stuff in pictures and clips, but he also has a soft and gender side! His voice is just simply lovely, doesnt matter if hes rapping or singing. <3 He sang a solo recently for their Winter Story II album and you just gotta hear him sing. There's actually nothing more to say for me...just keep in mind - JunJin is not a playboy!

hey guys, have you heard the Super Rookie OST?!?! i only have a few songs, not sure how many there are in total. but shinhwa (was it only woowoo/wannie/sungie?) had a song on the OST. sungie also has a solo. :excited: and he also sings the famous jacky cheung classic "wen bie" in korean. :yeah: well, the first half of the song anyway. it was a collab with Michael Learns To Rock, who remade the jacky song in english some time ago. so, this rendition is korean + english. sungie's voice sounds sooooo good... sungie's voice is super sexshi... :love: :drool: hahaha... :roll: i kinda wished it was a full korean version though. even though MLTR is ok, i prefer sungie singing alone on this one. :tongue:

the Take Me To Your Heart duet is absolutely beautiful :cry: i love the song even more now its been sung in Korean and they couldnt have asked a better guy to do it. but i agree with Lisa, id prefer to hear a full Sungie one. MLTR are great and all..but they dont sing in Korean, and they dont have Hyesung's vocals. :tongue:

his serials are I Run, Firebird, Banjun and now Super Rookie. as for movies, he has a cameo in Bitter Sweet Life, currently shown in Korea starring hottie Lee Byung Hun! last i read he is about to make his own movie too! :wink2:

all their concerts have been released in DVDs. they have a new one out! it's their winter story 2 tour last year! :excited:

Oh my lord. Firebird is good. More than good, and what a surprise. I mean, I don't really extremely like either of the main characters. The guy didn't apeal me at first and Lee Eun Joo looked so skinny I was afraid she'd snap in half. (Her voice is really getting on my nerves, when she screams it gets all high and scratchy and makes me want to pull out my hair- May she rest in peace) But it's really addictive, and Eric hasn't even appeared yet (OK, I've only seen half of episode 2 so far and he did appear for a moment in the university and he was SO cute!)

as for sungie, yes, he did english as his major in uni. i guess that's why i felt that his english seems to me to be even better than eric or andy. like he can understand and write ok, i'm sure, even though he speaks with an accent. he wrote the short english lyrics for group S's "I Believe" song. :D

Felice jie, which episode is the robot one? I'm not really into the first episode because I'm not a fan of Chae Rim but my oh my... the things that Eric did in that episode were :drool: such as:
- when he caught Chae Rim's scarf at the hotel entrance
- he circles her in his convertible
- did that dancing feet with those buns
- made her instant noodles (??) with heart garnishes <333
- teases her when she woke up the next day after she got drunk
- the look on his face when he saw chae Rim in the bank at the end :lolabove:

harmony: you're most welcome! :D oh, you have to see Love Letter!! remember those adorable sungie caps i posted before?! that's where they were from!! :excited: basically, it was a show for shinhwa... all the shinhwa members + 2 other guys (shinchun) compete for the love of an actress. different actresses were invited to the show. there are 2 parts each. the actress picks 2 guys to go on a date with and then chooses the final "perfect man" in the end. there are lots of hilarious games and the losers go through "training". :roll: i'm uploading all the LL eppies to my clubbox right now. they're 100-200MB each. i didn't think it was necessary to get the 700MB ones and it would've been too draining on my comp. anyway, now LL is in season 2 and there's jinnie and andy and tim plus other gasoos. things are a bit different though cuz now there are 7 guys and 7 girls. i still haven't watched the new eps yet, but i've uploaded them to my clubbox. :-)

Love Letter is a game show that I think was more or less made for Shinhwa to generate money for their label company? The first season, the first six or so episodes all the members of Shinhwa as well as 2-3 other guests would fight for the title of "Perfect Man". The person who decided who the "Perfect Man" would be was a special female guest (usually a famous actress). The boys had to dance, wrestle, dance for roses, chicken fight, and go on dates (if they were chosen as one of the top two) to try and get that "Perfect Man" title. If they do, at the end of the show, they got a kiss on the cheek from the special guest. It's pretty funny, and what made it really interesting? The show got guests who the Shinhwa guys actually do like/admire.

Like, one set of episodes featured Han Ga In, and Junjin has a HUGE crush on her. He told the other guys that he couldn't sleep the night before because he was so nervous. After playing all the games and all the dances, she actually picked him as her perfect man! He said that after the show, he was very sad because at the time, she was engaged. (She's married now.)

So, um, yeah. Love Letter's great. You should get your hands on them if you can. Eric is a really really good lady's man. *__*

EDIT: Have you guys seen the Battle Shinhwa audition (050505)? It's just like American Idol!!! I didn't see any good-looking guys, but some of them really can dance. There are more dancers than singers (some are really like wow!!). If any of you happen to dl it, look out for the guy who wears a green happy shirt and the guy who sang Bogoshipda (STH theme song). Bloody hillarious :laughing:

The Battle Shinhwa's eppi for 050505 was a little boring but they showed snippets of Sughie in the recording studio singing without any music. His voice just gave me goosebumps because it's so powerful and beautiful. He even sang a line which was sang out of tune by one of the contestant and it was perfect *dies* Watch it unni, coz I think your hubby cursed in the phone when Andy call him on the phone from his Banjun drama filming (to discuss about the audition videos) and when Andy told him that every word was recorded for Battle Shinhwa, sughie was clearly embarassed (from his voice). To be honest, Dong Wan is the most impressive one in this concert. He sang and danced very well !! :thumbsup: Sungie looks very cute there :laughing: no wonder lisa unnie loves him so much :bleh: and i kinda disappointed of Min Woo, i think he didn't sing as well as he did in previous concerts. Exception for the untouchable song (when he plays the piano and then dances on top of it) :excited: Does Min Woo know that grand piano is expensive? :laughing:

Bloody hell, I must buy Sughie's solo album. I have goosebumps while listening to the songs. I can't even say which one I like best coz I love it all. Sughie's amazing voice control and low vocals really makes me like him even more so as a singer.

I don't know when his album will hit my shore but dang, I will buy it no matter what is the cost. Plus, some of it makes great bedroom songs... awww... if only I can compiled my own CD of Korean bedroom songs.... :excited:

Hi umm.. just had my first Shinhwa experience yesterday. Don't know that much, but from everyone's constant chatter, I had to come check out this thread.
I watched Wedding mv, Wedding March mv (supposedly in Mandarin, but at times they had to have been speaking Korean!) and Wild Eyes. All from Lisa's Clubbox! hehe.
I love whoever's voice it is talking at the beginning of Wedding (I think it's Wannie's). Zhen Xing gan! Then Eric oppa in Wild Eyes. yum. A feast for the senses.

about shinhwa changjo. What does it mean? IS that kind of nickname for all shinhwa's fans. You know, like here in Indonesia we have a band named "slank" and they called their fans "slankers"

and about those orange jackets worn by all shinhwa's fans at the concert or fanmeeting. Is orange their 'official' colour? is that jacket for sale or it's just given to all fans before they entered the concert venue?? :wacko:

aina: "shinhwa changjo" is the official shinhwa fanclub name. it means to "create a legend" since "shinhwa" is "legend" and "changjo" is "create". in chinese, it'd be "shen hua chuang zao". :-) and yes, orange is the official colour; hence, you see the fans carrying orange balloons or donning orange shirts. not too sure how things work in terms of who can get a shirt and such. i guess the fans get it from the fanclub or something? :unsure: and it's so cool you got the original DVD at a cheap price. :excited: being a loyal customer pays off! :thumbsup:

harmony: your computer has MS Paint as least, right? all windows computers have that... it's a basic... go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint. you can set the size of the banner/avatar by going to Image > Attributes. then just use the other tools if you want to add text or change colours. you might be quite limited compared to Photoshop, but should still be able to whip up something decent. :happy: if you have problems, let me know. i can always make something for you as well. :-)

cindy: sure thing... :D i'll need some info from you though... like what pics do you want to use and how big do you want your banner to be? what text do you want on it? what types of colours/effects/border/etc.? just PM me the pics you want to use and the details, 'k? =)

I'm so conflicted over what to do for the banner! I am loving seeing Junjin on all these game shows and whatnot, but I recently started watching Super Rookie and IT'S. SO. GOOD. Eric is so awesome in this! And Han Ga In is so preetttttty. *_*

Did Junjin ever comment about Super Rookie and how Eric is playing oposite Han Ga In? Everyone knows about his huge crush on her and it was very evident during her Love Letter episodes that he liked her. How did he feel about all this? ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE KISS SCENE?

And I'm actually really surprised there are no subtitles available to go with these episodes. Generally speaking, dramas that are getting this popular are translated, aren't they? I know there are subtitles available at d-addicts, but it's only up to episode 2. I also have a sneaking suspicion these subtitles are taken from the local Los Angeles Channel 18 where they always play Korean, Japanese, and Chinese dramas. If that's so, that means I can actually watch it on TV! Anyway, I am sad because there are no subtitles available. ;_;

I read this on SHCJ just this morning. I'm surprised that I've forgotten it already... Well! According to a news report, they've known each other for awhile as friends, but began dating about two months ago? Eric wrote an entry and posted it on Goodenter. Um, I got a translation from SHCJ, which got it from Soompi, translated by x3Se7EnsL0v3 @ soompi.com. (I took out the part where he explains about why he didn't go to Han Ga In's wedding and about his thoughts about the Shinhwa concert that'll be held this summer.)

And..well the last thing I want to clear up, is about the Scandal that came out on the news today. If I had a person I was dating and seeing, I probably would've announced it first, but We're seeing each other prudently and carefully. And right now, I can't say Yes or No all of sudden. To tell the truth, I don't think the relationship has gone that far where I start announcing first, but I believe the situation is going to where I can tell you on this homepage truthfully about what's really going on. From a person who recieves a lot of support and love from fans, I can't help but feel sorry from my heart and also nervous. We're not dating yet, and it is true that I'm at a point where I can't handle love relationships and work at the same time, but it is for sure that I really do love her. I feel that after I post this up, there would be a lot of fuss going on around with the entertainment and posting this entry up would be a bad idea for myself and the entertainment business, but I decided that I should clear up at the thought of confusions and a lot of fuss between Shi Yun and the fans. I'm terribly sorry to fans, but from the hard, stressful times, I'm grateful and happy that I met a good person. It may be hard, but I think I'd be at my happiest if I got the support from my fans who are always watching over me. If you just think that a good oppa and dongseng[he means like a close buddies who are like bros and sis] are starting to love each other carefully and take the relationship step by step..If you just think that way and support with a big mind, I'd be more thankful than ever. In the future, I hoping there won't be any bad languages and sayings going around in the entertainment...Help us not be hurt and meet each other well. Please...

felice (it is felice, right? I realize I enver learned anyone's names. ^^): I did receive the photobucket! Thank you very much for those pictures! I had to give my friend a "preview" of her present because I was going to her small birthday dinner, and I ended up using most if not all the pictures from your photobucket. I quite like the preview. I burnt her two episodes of Super Rookie and gave her a disc of pictures of him. Each picture was numbered and had a small message so if she read it in order, it read out this whole long happy birthday letter. I even used the one of him making a heart with his hands as some of the last ones to tell her I love her.

To be honest, I feel like such a guy making this kind of present for her. It seems like something her boyfriend should have done, except with pictures of him and her together instead of of Eric.

After I finish downloading all the Super Rookie episodes and rename all my SE7EN and Shinhwa files, I'll start burning her those. XDDDD~
