FINALLY, there's an official place where we can diss HO-ly crap to our heart's content. Come on in, all ya long suffering folks, diss on! :laughing:

We could wish, we could hope, but like a bad penny (and a bad rash), HO-ly Crap just wouldn't go away :sadangel:

The last thread was closed because it was going beyond the 500th post rule. And by popular demand, as the President of the HO-ly Crap Anti-Fanclub, I have decided to restart another thread, so that our poor Singaporeans can report their encounters with HO-ly Crap, and the rest of us will know where to avoid. :laughing:

For the newbies who don't know who HO-ly Crap is (which rock have you been hiding under?!?!)

HO-ly Crap is a nice name I give to one Singaporean obasan whose 'albums' are at the top of the pop charts not because people actually listen to them. On the contrary, I have one friend who bought TEN of the same album, sitting unopened in one dusty corner of his storeroom. All because he is a member of the defeCtive Hearing Centre, and they had 'highly recommended' he buy the albums to support one of their fellow members.

Since you are buying one, why don't you buy two? How about 10 to show your fullest upport?:angel:

I had explained it all before, so I think I will save the old-timers a long read and just get on with the business of bottom scrapping.

As this is the HO-ly Crap ANTI-Fanclub thread, please be prepared to do some major, serious dissing at HO-ly Crap. And if you are uncomfortable with such dissing, you are welcome to leave this thread, and if you think that HO-ly Crap should be admired, you are welcome to start your fanclub. :happy:

Today I went to Watsons and guess what I saw? Those cardboard advertisments with HO-ly Crap face on it. I was looking at those facial products when I feel a pair of horse eyes (I didn't mean to insult horses!) looking at me. I turned my head, and I saw her face! I just started work at this place, and was surprised to find one of my co-worker a member of that place. And she seems quite a sensible person yet she supports that HO-ly Crap :dry:

I tried to ask discreetly, whether she was one of those who bought the albums by bulk, and she defended the place, saying that, no they didn't 'force' them to buy the albums. She just bought it because she respects HO-ly Crap's husband, and thought they should support him, by showing HER support, and buying her album.

See, that's the main reason I totally can't stand her. All the other artistes out there, people buy their album because they want to listen to what the artiste is all about and thus support the artiste. But here, people are buying the albums because of who HER husband is:bigyuck:

wooo...there's an anti-fan of her? this is cool. Im' new in this category but earlier this year, I think around March. She has this farewell party especially for all her fans in the restaurant that I work part time in. SHe was going to America i think. so all of her fans (there were a lot of them let me tell you and a bunch of stupid inconsiderate people) were given some treats , free food and drinks, and she was talking on the stage then dub soem of her own songs. I mean she did not even sing...only mumbling. Then after allof the hardwork me and my colleagues do to serve her and her non-sense request guess what she gave us? A chance of taking a photo with her, with herself upfront. WoW..

Okay I would give the detail of my personal encounter with her. Sorry I was rushing on my first post so I didn't really elaborate on the event.

It was on a Sunday, if I remember correctly. They booked the whole first level of the restaurant. 'They' would refer to this group of people who seemed to be a REALLY REALLY big fan of her. For a reasn I could never fathom. The capacity of the place is around 150 pax and they had 2 sessions. One after another because, well, there were just too many of her stupid worshippers that one session was not enough.

Every one invited get one main course and a free-flow of soft drink. And let me tell you, they were very irritating and hard too pleased. Plus a little bit hyperactive. Most of them were kids and teenagers anyway. So they were walking around the whole restaurant and made it impossible for us, the servers, to do our job. If you do not know the etiquette of dining in a restaurant, please do not come.

The whole thing was very, how am I supposed to put it, noisy. I just can't find the right words. The occasion was a farewell party for her since she's leaving to US. First they were announcing these membership thing, and then they even selling some EZ link card with her face on it, and it was limited. My God can you believe it? And everyone seemed to have it. WOW! The whole time her CD was playing in the background. Headache. There was some games, with her as the MCs...I don't really get a lot of things cos they kept talking in Chinese. The gifts were quite nice though. All these branded clothes from her shop in Heeren I think. Or that's how my colleague told me.

She was singing some song. Lipsync, to be exact. And she had all these weird request like a special room for her to change. I mean what can you expect, it's a restaurant and not a fucking ballroom. How are we supposed to have a private room so she would not get disturbed. My manager went like, You can change in the toilet. HAha...he was really cool.

At the end of the day there was a guy who paid for everything. He was one rich man...and quite a hunk I must admit.

OMG!!!!!! other than jolin this human being is the another person that i TOTALLY hate.. thinking of her make me SHUDDER!! eeww... when she came out as an artiste she call herself as a pastor and wat not and when she was dissed for wearing a revealing red dress and dunnoe wat event she said that she is not a pastor she is a singer and all the CRAP..
anyway strongly belive that her being well recievd in the western side of the world is all because of MONEY.. she could have bought her own albums!! wahahaha..... its not that easy to be popular and get in to the billboards(ithink this is wat they call it) even singers that are well recieved in most countries din even have a chance to squeeze into the charts...

i have friends that are in city harvest and i have heard that saying that they owe the church money or smth like that.. that really made me SHOCKED!!!! how can that hapen... giving "donations" to the church is 100% a personal choice on the money.. but instead students have to give like 20%of their allowance.. like wth.. OWE THE CHURCH MONEY????????? YUCKS!!!

I can't stand how Pastor Kong (HO-ly's husband) talks about her, etc.
He keeps saying how Sun does missionary stuffs, helping the sick and poor.
