I just received an email today concerning Overseas Fans Global Action: Crazy for Jay. This is to celebrate Jay's 24th birthday on January 18th. This celebration asks every Jay fan to write and send a letter to him as a sign of appreciation and congratulations. Fans can also send their mail first to Cao Sabine, who will take all of the letters and send them to Jay in one big package. His address is listed below.
