(Taipei) "Zhou dong" dyed his hair! Jay's new hairstyle has recently been seen on his fansites: his hair has been turned a golden-brown color!

The main promotional song (主打歌) for his new album has already been sent to the radio stations for the song's premier. Those who have heard it all say that "Jay has improved again."

Jay's new album will be released July 30th. His fans are all anticipating it, but his record company has kept secret the style and song titles of the album. Meanwhile, it's stealthily planning a large-scale promotion; even the scale of the album's premier differs from that of other artists.

Although the record company has kept everything a secret, the style of Jay's new song and how good they are still subject to much attention. Those who have heard it say that the promotion song is "very Jay," that it's very obviously his composition, and that his improvement and creativity can be heard.

Not only has Jay's song-writing evolved, his style will differ also. He dyed his hair a golden-brown color, which attracted the attention of his fans. Some think that the hair-color suits him well, making him look even cuter :love: , but others think that it makes him look even more bald. :glug:

His record company has confirmed that Jay really did dye his hair, in order to film the MV for the main promotional song (主打歌). When his promotion period begins, his hair may or may not be dyed back to its original color, depending on whether his fans can get used to it or not, since his new hair-color is quite a bit lighter than before.

And Jay himself is currently filming a commercial in France, with his brown hair.

ahhhhhh i can't WAIT for his new album! i wonder if i can pre-order it at my cd store that i always go to.... eek! ^^

yes it was a good read indeed. all this mystery surrounding the new album makes me even more anxious to get my hands on it! esp with ppl who have already heard one of the tracks and are giving their opinions about it, it makes me what to hear it too, NOW! so i can formulate my own opinions about it.

about the release date of the new album, sources have said 30th, and 31st july, and even 1st august. it's kinda hard to pin down the exact date coz we only know what we've read from newpaper or magazine articles. but judging from the dates that have been tossed around, the actual date must be pretty close to them.

but it is a big news to the newspapers as well..

must leave message in the alfa website to tell him to dye it back to black. those who can read chinese, go and leave a message there, so jay and his company knows that fans want his black hair back!!
hmm.. i wonder what jay thinks about his hair. but if we were to interfere with his hair colour, it's like we are not giving him any freedom at all. hmm... but i honestly think he look nice in black hair and he should be proud of his asian heritage that includes black hair, though i think his act of dyeing his hair got nothing to do with culture or what, just playing with styles. but i want his balck hair back!!!!

oh, and it's great that the ppl who heard his new song think it's nice, very jay ans most importantly, he improved!!!!! not like in 8D when ppl said it's quite the same and doubt about his capability...

can't wait for 16-7-03 to come as his new song will be playing on radio stations. so stay tune!!!
and lastly, for 31 or 30 to arrive quickly or even immediately. so when will his album be released? think shall check it out at alfamusic wedsite to to sure.

Wow, what kind of promotion that J's company plan ?
The MG II promotion before was unique, they split the F4 to two cities and made teleconference .

But there's only one Jay !. It would be great if the company release the album in several countries at once and Jay do teleconference with fans !!

OMG..... I wish I can be in Taiwan on July 30th. I'm all excited already, I wanna see his new MV, with his golden brown hair. But anyway.... I don't think I can get to see him that soon in Indonesia. I just wish MTV Asia honored him to be August Artist of the MOnth so I can watch him the full month. :excited: :excited:

I'm glad to hear the fact that many people say about his composition improving. I'm so proud of Jay and I believe that he can't never stop making his own "magic" in his music. And that "Jay style" that he kept, got me so estatic to really wanna hear the promotional song. New Jay songs still with his "Jay Style" but improving :rolleyes: ..... Oh man.... I can't tell you how excited I am. :excited: :usd: :excited:

I have also realised that he seems to be losing a lot of hair...compared to his 'Jay' days, he seems to have thinner hair!

This makes me excited and worried at the same time. Does anyone here know if the CD stores in Montery Park/San Gabriel area (in Los Angeles) will have the CD for opening day? -prays-

I'm pleased to hear that people say the new single is an improvement on Jay's style. Makes all the anticipation that much sweeter, doesn't it? :wink:

They'll probably have his album in Monterey Park...& San Gabriel & Rowland Heights....anyway all those "chinese areas"...probably not the day it comes out...but soon enough I'm sure :laughing: maybe a couple of days or a week later?
as for his hair...i think that change is good :) ...and he does look quite cute in it :love: ...but those who don't like it, don't worry...i'm sure he'll dye it back in a while since he seems like the type of guy who'll like his natural hair color....like the article said, he probably just dyed it to fit the style of his new MV, and probably the record company thought it would attract more attention/news articles. well maybe it's not the best thing because people should pay more attention to his music, but you know, record companies want to make even MORE money off of jay...haha :laughing: :laughing:

After reading this news archive, my heart is melting and smelting already (not a word, I just made it up)!!!!!! His new song is already out! And just 21 more days until his new CD album! But tooo bad that his CD will not get to my door on the 31st, probably after a couple weeks AT THE MOST. Even if I pre-order it online on YESASIA. I live in a non-Chinese community. But anyhoo, he is in France right now filiming a commercial? What kind? Ohh.....France... the sound of it is sooo beautiful. I will be going there this August. I wonder if Jay will still be there. Hehe, probably not since he will be promoting his new album and will be sooooo busy. Oh poor Jay, he works too hard. :bang:

wahhhh i am sooooo sooooo excited that jay's new album is coming out and i can't wait til the end of the month. they are going to release it on malaysia's MYFM on the 17th July so just in case those in malaysia didn't have the chance to listen to HITFM, then MYFM it would be. as for him having his hair dyed, well i think he still looks cool - still got that 'jielun' style that attracts me in the second place, his music being the first :)
